We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe cleanliness of the room and the swimming pool area could be improved (especially in areas not visible at first glance). At breakfast there should be more healthy grains and seeds available. The massage actually was not the one that was booked (but still relaxing).
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dinner and breakfast provided a variety of options and tasted very well, especially the yummy and special jam variations. The atmosphere in the spa area was very relaxing.

GermanySpa treatments weren’t available that weekend (asked several weeks in advance) and for us, that was kind of the point to go on a Spa weekend trip. For its 4 stars the whole property felt rather basic and somehow sparse.
Overall we had a good stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and the room was clean. Loved the saunas, especially the one by the lake.

When I look at it myself as a hotelier, I think that it is sufficient in every respect for a 4-star facility. Breakfast is adequate and you can find a place. Restaurant staff are incredible and very helpful. There is a place where you can get a drink by the lake. Also the internet service was above what I expected. We collected very good memories.
