We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great restaurant, comfortable room and beds. The location is beautiful with lots of walking possibilities and of course the spa! Breakfast was amazing too, wide variety and well organized.

GermanyThe only downside was related to the pillows, if you can call that a pillow. I believe a folded towel would describe it better. Even after asking for better/more firm pillow, the one provided it was still not good enough, and not on par with the rest of the hotel ammenities.
The staff was very friendly. Everything looked clean and renewed, the Hotel has a superb location, and the view was also great. The room is very big with a nice area. The breakfast was great. The area surrounding the hotel is pleasant as well.
