The street is noisy but anyway I would not downrate for that too much. Maybe would be good to know if iron could be available.

The room was modern and very well organized, including the kitchen for quick breakfast. Good proximity to public transport and nice area around with modern and tasty restaurants/cafes

No airconditioning, the room gets quite hot even with the fan on.

Close to Alexander Platz station, tram stop and really good restaurants and bar. Quite spacious room.

However, there were a few drawbacks. There was no washing machine or laundry service, and the room was very noisy. Despite these issues, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

It's a little strange not running into or interacting with any people, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Super easy to access as everything used codes for access / was keyless. Location was good. Space was well laid out and comfortable.

There is no aircon. Despite the blinds and even though a powerful fan was provided, it was still very hot when we stayed and, due to the noise of the traffic outside, we resisted opening the doors. We will opt for a courtyard view next time for a quieter - and probably cooler - experience. The 'swipe to operate' function to call the lift was hit and miss in our experience.

A great little apartment on the edge of Prenzlauer Berg where our family live. Very convenient for the wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars of the area and within a short pleasant walk of Mitte. We loved the wide leafy boulevards and the quiet squares. The apartment itself was well maintained and thoughtfully planned; the kitchen especially exceeded my exceptions in terms of the equipment provided. We opted for a city view room; the wide glass doors were incredible in terms of mitigating traffic noise and we appreciated the automated external blinds when the room became filled with sunlight.

No cleaning all 4 nights, common parts closed the weekend, no spare waste bags, the bathtub glass window too small

Deeply dislike this trend in hotels with no on-site staff. Hard to get information or assistance--you are emailing with people in distant places who may not speak your language well, and who certainly can't help you quickly in an emergency. Had to delay entry to room because of remote change to room door code--at best, inconvenient. Also no lobby--just a weird unoccupied space in front waiting to be occupied by retail. This is just another step to maximize profit by minimizing services. Next time will look for on-site staffed hotel.

Very nice, simple, spacious room with kitchenette and nice bathroom. Glass door was openable for fresh air but when closed kept out the noises of Prenzlauer Allee. Good free wifi. Great location for Prenzlauer Berg and Alexanderplatz.

The TV didn't work at all, and there is no air con, so it got very hot. Be warned for summer months.

Very clean and new, and easy access with the code system. Very comfortable stay and walking distance to the centre of the city/metro to explore Berlin.

The price somewhat high. Also, there is no AC, but hopefully it is not getting super warm overall.

Good place to stay in Berlin. Will book next time. Mb a little bit pricey.

It's annoying not to be able to leave your luggage there if waiting for a later flight, and the check-out time would be helpful if 12 rather than 11. Also very loud in the early morning due to building going on diretly outside.

The apartment is rather dark on the ground floor. The shower did not work well. A bit overpriced for what you get.

Spacious apartment, one double bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is good, check in with codes worked well. Nice seating area outside.

Mugs had stains in - hadn’t been cleaned. May have been put back by previous people and not checked by cleaner.

Great location next to tram stop, only 10 mins from Alexanderplatz.close to supermarkets and lots of great restaurants and bars.

The bed need a new mattress.

Easy access without reception, clear instructions to get to the room. Quite close to the city center - only 2 stops by tram to Alexander Place. I used parking from Ibis hotel - 10H/day. The room is clean, with a nice view, all necessary equipment.

mattresses for domestic use (?) Usually hotels have a specific bed firmness that is universal. Here the bed was too soft for us, so much too soft that after a busy days in Expo and later exploring Berlin, we woke up in a morning with sore muscles. The mattresses are not air tight or the bedding is bad, so we were sweating in contact with the bed, even sleeping with the open window at +5. We have never experienced this before, on any trip. We think that something specifically wrong was with mattresses and bedding. The smell of sludge in a shower, going from the pipes.

The cleaning lady didn't speak either German or English and instead of leaving she made me use Google translate while I was in my underwear dressing. Also the cleaning staff were really noisy every morning.

The apartment is very well located, in walking distance of the TV tower, shops and restaurants. The apartment is spotlessly clean and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The welcome gift of a sustainable cup and ear plugs was really nice. The self check-in is great as you can arrive at anytime after 15.00.

Althought the room was very clean, the entrance, and the elevator area was not very clean
