Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanySometimes the water in the shower was cold, but they work on it.
The staff was very kind. Everywhere in the hotel were possibilities to drink or snack something, you can make tea and Coffee in the hotel room. It is in the middle of nature and close to Phantasialand.

SwitzerlandOnly cold water in the evening. That gives you a very interesting shower experience! The walls between room 13 and 12 are so thin, you can hear every word. And it truly is the walls. The neighbors were not loud!
Excellent location to walk to Phantasialand.

Great location and a typical German Hotel, breakfast was nice with good coffee and lots of choice.

United StatesOne of our TVs did not work and the housekeeping service was not so good (not enough towels, toilet papers or tissue) but it did not matter since we were out of the room most of the time.
Breakfast was okay but not the best we had, the location was great and exemplary and so quiet to sleep at night. Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the staff did not fail to impress its guests with their hospitality and excellent customer service

Canadathe wifi was not the best but i only needed it for a short while so wasn’t that bad.
The staff was really friendly and spoke english. the breakfast was tasty and the room was really nice. Room has a kettle and some teas as well as a cute postcard of what the building looks like from above.
