As with any center city location, the room was very small, but it was accurately described online. Bathroom and shower were also small but completely fine.

Central location, very easy to get everywhere in Munich. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and varied. The room was very clean and the bathroom had everything you could want. AC in the room was an added bonus.

My room was teeny, but I knew it would be and the shower floor is a little unstable/plastic. I had a little bit of a problem working the air conditioner, my room never quite cooled down.

I like the location, I’d liked how kind and generous the staff were, I liked the breakfast that came with the room, and I thought it was a good value for the location.

The elevator was out for 3 days and it was difficult for older folks to come up and down a few times a day!!

Still it's not 5 stars so furniture is simple but everything what was needed was in the room Belfry is just around the corner and in the morning ring bells every 15-30 min nonstop To me was Ok, but hotel is in the very center, so should close the window if you are going to bed early

Location is just perfect, 100 meters from Marienplats. Breakfast is really fantastic and was over my expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean. Cosy table for working with books about sigtseeings

On the one weekend night we were there, you could hear some really loud partygoers outside on the street.

Wonderful location!!! Located at the heart of Munich just a 2-minute walk to Marienplatz and its sights and public transportation. The breakfast was outstanding and in such a beautiful location. Very comfortable beds and bedding.

Fantastic location, so close to Marienplatz and so easy to get around by the nearby metro. Great local restaurants behind the hotel with good prices. Lovely staff and attention to detail, with a great breakfast. They even serve the local white breakfast sausage. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing that was not great was the bed, which was only a double, and quite firm, but I did book the small room so other more expensive rooms may be different. The rest of the bedroom was lovely and had a nice big shower.

Room is facing the courtyard, not much of a view. Location is excellent, and I guess that's why the nightly room rate commands a high premium. Breakfast spread was very good and the staff were very helpful. Those in the front desk - Paul Grui, Anna and few other colleagues were equally helpful. Thanks so much for their hospitality.

Most of all the great atmosphere of the breakfast room, a morning oasis of peace and plain pleasure, created by this lovely person by the name of Eva Dogani! I shall return to this hotel which is situated in the center of Munich, so very close to Marienplatz.

Maybe some face cloths for bathing. Also the pigeons were a bit loud in the morning outside our window. These are not significant issues and didn’t mar our stay.

Everything is close by on foot from the hotel. The staff is very kind, helpful and courteous. It's great that the hotel has its own parking lot. The breakfast is tasty and very varied. I very enjoyed to was there.

It was a small but quite adequate double at the back of the hotel. Quiet so we slept well, and had excellent breakfasts in the morning. Location excellent!
