Central, Great view and friendly staff

Loved the accommodation. Just our balcony had no chairs. Rooms to right & left of us had chairs on their balcony. View was great, but it wasn't great to stand on our balcony all the time as rest was needed. Other guest could sit on their balconies and enjoy the view to the lake.

Perfect location. Great breakfast service and amazing accommodation.

Room views could have been better.

Breakfast was outstanding and had a incredible variety of foods. Location is fantastic. Hotel staff was very informative and helpful for whatever we needed.

The hotel rightfully claims to have an excellent wine cellar with the very good hotel restaurant. This was actually part of the reason why we chose the place. However, when ordering wine in the restaurant, we were informed that we could only order local wine from the region (part of a summer promotion celebrating local food and wine). While the focus on local produce is great, leaving no alternatives was a huge miss as we are not fans of the local wine and ended up spending too much on a very low quality local wine. Very disappointing.

Great lakeside location and we enjoyed the lake view from the room balcony.

The amount of food which was served in the restaurant for the evening meal was really small, especially for the price. I thought that the price that I saw on booking.com was the price I would pay. I was really disappointed to find out that this price did not include local taxes and service costs, such as electricity.

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have experienced. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were really helpful.

my room had no balcony. 24 hour reservation for the SHO restaurant but that was understandable.

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The breakfast was very good but go early because it gets busy. The hotel restaurant had nice views of the lake.

It was a shame the Michelin restaurant was closed. The pillows on the bed were a little strange.

The room was comfortable in terms of temperature and facilities. The location directly on the lake was amazing and the sauna area was very nice. Huge variety of items for breakfast. The hotel also noticed that it was my birthday and gifted us a bottle of wine in the room, which was a lovely gesture. The room was also upgraded for free.

The rooms we stayed in was little small which was no problem for us since we were not in the room much but there was no where to put your bags really. The breakfast food was not very fresh.

The location was great and the restaurant at the hotel was very good for dinner. We enjoyed the outdoor bar and dining. The spa was very nice. It was also pet friendly!

Beds are hard with 2 unusable small pillows, tv didn’t work, ac never got the room cool, parking requires several moves to stay and isn’t hotel designated. No one at reception when checked in. No ac in halls or generalized areas. Rooms have no direction signs and are out of order.

Breakfast was delicious and with lots of great fruit. The dishes were warm and clean but warmed up all dishes like yogurt. Lots of bees and bugs on the balcony with no effort to prevent them.

The staff is very neglegecent with weak language skills. At our arrival there were nobody at the reception, we finally found the receptionist at the restaurant when we started to look. It was surprising that the waiter at the restaurant could not offer any wine for us, instead he asked me to choose from the winelist, but then he didnt have the wine I choose. Opening hours of the wellnes are pretty uncomfortable too, they didnt not care to replace the beverages or the water either. The rooms are very small with a strange layout. To sum it up this place doesnt worth the money at all.

Last minute cancelation for the restaurant reservation (announced during check-in, for a reservation done a week earlier). The restaurant was the only reason we chose this hotel in the first place, for a birthday weekend. The reason put forward was the presence of a group and no alternatives were offered. Requested welcome basket for birthday was missing. Request to speak to manager was ignored, not even a note, no sorry card, nothing. Staff not taking responsibility, very disappointing. You can hear the TV from adjacent rooms

The location is central and one can walk on the lake's shores from there. Many walks around, reachable on foot.
