Long walk to the room but easy.

Great to have a hotel which had a pleasant social area to relax in with a drink when necessary. Excellent quality of staff and wonderful clean , light rooms.

There was nowhere to put our clothes or suitcase. No wardrobe or shelves for our clothes so we piled them up on a ledge and cases were randomly placed against the wall. Going to the bathroom during the night was like an obstacle course trying to avoid the cases

The shower leaked into the toilet area. We accepted the offer of a free drink instead of having our room cleaned for 2 days however, when it wasn’t cleaned by end of second day we were told that our first day of stay did not count. So for a 3 day stay the room wasn’t cleaned at all. This was very misleading and we would not accept again. Staff were not very friendly when we queried this with them.

Great location - many shops, restaurants nearby. Room was a good size and layout was practical. Very comfortable bed and room was spotless. Decent sized closet for a European hotel room. The hotel has a fantastic bar that is open 24 hours and great staff - helpful and friendly. We will stay again.

Not a fan of wash-basin situated in the main sleeping area vs set off separately.

Neat property if you don’t mind the front-desk being in the bar area. Cavernous bar / breakfast room with tremendous character! Breakfast was fantastic although “Small Bite” offerings were just so-so but wine choices were excellent! Nice rooms with large windows, albeit a bit cramped.

Problem with doors but very professional sorted for us .

Nothing significant to comment on - it's a nice hotel, we've stayed three times. The small galley trash cans were overflowing a few times during the stay, maybe?

Nice location in the center, convenient access to transportation, the small shopping mall next door, parking, restaurants, etc. Rooms are nicely appointed, very comfortable beds and clean. The secret door from the elevator to the Urban Outfitters saves a trip up and down the escalator (at least when the mall is open)! Staff is helpful and accommodated our last-minute cancellation on one room.

The hallways were painted black.... very dark, dark carpet. Shower leaked h20 onto toilet floor.....room tiny, small stool and counter small. One free drink

5 min walk to Public Transport, ot taxi to the door. Central location. Many restaurants, coffee shop of high quality nearby. Room clean , bed ok, Shower good size, large TV with ENGLISH speaking channels available. Large bar.... 24/7. Easy in, out with card. Bright room with great black out drapes. Washer / Dryer, coffee , tea , filtered h20. Quite at night

It was a great breakfast with plenty of options. A barista on the spot freshly prepared the coffee. The hotel certainly has a vibe and a theme, and it successfully follows them.

Modern hotel in a quiet street, centrally located within a few minutes walk of the main shopping area and restaurants. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff are very pleasant and welcoming and the breakfast is excellent, with a choices of breads, cooked meats and cheeses. Extensive bar with a wide range of cocktails. Good value.

It’s huge , so you can get lost… and the bar area is pretty dark, cool and fancy in the evening, maybe a bit gloomy for breakfast

Amazing design, stylish rooms with everything you need. Great breakfast and the most stunning coworking space I have ever worked in. Plus excellent value for money. I wish there were more Ruby hotels around (in Italy !!!)
