The male staff member who checked us in was certainly not a barrel of laughs. Although polite and helpful, he could have been more pleasant and friendly. The hotel is not located in the old town so there is a walk of about a kilometre to get there. This may disuade some people.

Although checkin was listed as 3.00 pm, we arrived early and were allowed access to our room. This was particularly appreciated as we were travelling by bike and it had been a rainy day. Our twin room was a decent size with a small adjacent anti room containing a sofa. Breakfast was the usual continental style and was adequate. A large garage was available to store our bikes and, although the door was not locked, we were able to adequately secure the bikes. The train station is right across the road and there is a supermarket only minutes away.

Our room door kept banging moment someone else open or closes their door due to rooms being bit old. The layout of room was not right, the television was behind the bed/head, so cannot watch lying in your bed. The toilet was extremely small and towels were very old.

The property is very opposite to station, the lady at reception was very courteous and overall supportive staff. Rooms very neat, clean and so were the linens. They helped us for early checking by an hour.

Comfortable beds with comfortable nice and clean linen. 4 beds in room so we could stay with our kids and not to be split. The temperature in room was always perfect , not cold in chilli nights or too hot no matter if we left window opened in bathroom. Train station only across road which we loved after our all day travel. And only 3 min across road to grocery store !

The beds, while very comfortable, are loud any time you move. But once you’re asleep, you don’t notice it!

The water in the shower was only ice cold or scalding hot - the mixer did not work no matter how you moved the knob. Room could also use a mini fridge.

Well located in Rothenburg. Parking space was tight but available. Rooms were clean and well serviced. Reception went smoothly.

It is just across the train station, so carrying your heavy luggage is not a problem. Shopping Center and grocery store is also just across the hotel. Lastly the main attraction is within a few minutes walk away from the property.

There was no breakfast left for nite standard guests on the Sunday morning No food plates were there It said it was available at 7:30 I could not get anywhere near until gone 8:30 I really wanted to be off at 8:00 Only managed at 9:30 The separate dining area could be for normal guests

There was so much noise from the street, which was annoying during the night. The hotel is near the station (good location), but because of that there is so much noice from the highway. There were no shutters, only curtains, so you could also see the lights from the cars outside. The bathroom was really small and the sink was outside of it, as a part of the room. So you had to go out of the bathroom to wash your hands. Also, the pillows were not that comfortable.

Beautiful room, cosy and warm, great hospitality. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. The room had towels, shower gel, hair dryer and two small plastic cups for drinking water.
