Instead of a room with a double bed we were provided with a room with two separate beds standing far from each other. The bathroom is extremely small. It was very stuffy at the room and we had to open a window, however, it was facing the road and it was extremely noisy, so we had to close it in the middle of the night. The parking is very small, but we were very lucky to get the last place.

The staff is very friendly. The room is cosy.

We couldn't sleep because it was extremely hot in the room, and we also couldn't open windows because it was extremely loud from cars and drunk teenagers.

Breakfast was 10/10. Honestly, i didn't expect anything from 10 Euro breakfast. But it was amazing. Location is nice - right opposite the train station. But roughly 10 mins from the city center. They have tiny outside bar in a van with very lovely lady working there. So you can enjoy some nice drinks right before you come back to your room. You can also leave your suitcases in the hotel after check-out so you can enjoy some more time in the city before your train back.

We had someone (possibly a cleaner) come into the room premature to our checkout time while we were still sleeping. Also there were no fans and was way too hot for the middle of summer

I didn't feel comfortable in the room: though the room was big, the space was useless due to strange and uncomfortable furniture. Too light curtains, it was too light to sleep. Breakfast experience was unpleasant: there were no nice tables for 2 people, and party of 2 was not allowed to sit at the bigger table. The whole morning the staff was sending people away from the several nice tables they have ("exciting" for both sides of this interaction). General atmosphere of frustration and unhappiness was not a good way to start the day.

Easy parking by the hotel, walking distance to the city centre. Spacious room. Welcoming staff at the reception. Our room was in the quiet part of the hotel.

no elevator to the room. We requested lower floor but the staff told us the rooms at lower floor were fully occupied. Why didn't you arrange us stay lower floor and let the youngers stay higher floor.

The male staff member who checked us in was certainly not a barrel of laughs. Although polite and helpful, he could have been more pleasant and friendly. The hotel is not located in the old town so there is a walk of about a kilometre to get there. This may disuade some people.

Although checkin was listed as 3.00 pm, we arrived early and were allowed access to our room. This was particularly appreciated as we were travelling by bike and it had been a rainy day. Our twin room was a decent size with a small adjacent anti room containing a sofa. Breakfast was the usual continental style and was adequate. A large garage was available to store our bikes and, although the door was not locked, we were able to adequately secure the bikes. The train station is right across the road and there is a supermarket only minutes away.

Our room door kept banging moment someone else open or closes their door due to rooms being bit old. The layout of room was not right, the television was behind the bed/head, so cannot watch lying in your bed. The toilet was extremely small and towels were very old.

The property is very opposite to station, the lady at reception was very courteous and overall supportive staff. Rooms very neat, clean and so were the linens. They helped us for early checking by an hour.

Comfortable beds with comfortable nice and clean linen. 4 beds in room so we could stay with our kids and not to be split. The temperature in room was always perfect , not cold in chilli nights or too hot no matter if we left window opened in bathroom. Train station only across road which we loved after our all day travel. And only 3 min across road to grocery store !

The water in the shower was only ice cold or scalding hot - the mixer did not work no matter how you moved the knob. Room could also use a mini fridge.

Well located in Rothenburg. Parking space was tight but available. Rooms were clean and well serviced. Reception went smoothly.

It is just across the train station, so carrying your heavy luggage is not a problem. Shopping Center and grocery store is also just across the hotel. Lastly the main attraction is within a few minutes walk away from the property.
