Everything was OK!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, walking distance to the city centre, with underground parking and great breakfast! Due to changes in our plans I had to decrease our stay by 1 night and they reacted very quickly. Definitely recommend it!

Some rooms do not have air conditioning or it is very weak and on a very hot day it can be inconvenient.

The only slight drawback is the area around the hotel. It is filled with cheap restaurants and shops. But in about a five minute walk towards the center of town, you are out of it.

The hotel has a nice feeling about it. There is a parking garage under the hotel with wide slots. Outstanding breakfast buffet. The room was large, 25 SM, and well organized.

Pillows need to be updated asap! In this lovely hotel it is a shame not to invest in a better sleep. Covers and mattresses probably to but start with pillows.

The pillows were on the (too) thin side for us, and the towels felt a bit tired. The A/C could only be switched on if the outdoor temperature was above 22 degrees, even though the indoor temperature was 25 degrees. While this makes sense environmentally, having the windows open during the night to cool down the room meant that we had to bear the noise from ambulances passing by and the window shutters rattling in the wind, which made for an uneasy sleep.

The staff were warm and welcoming, attentive to our requests. The room was very clean and spacious, it had all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom was new, spacious and well-lit. There were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet, with coffee, eggs and other delicacies made on demand as well! The garage had plenty of parking places fitting our mid-sized car, with controlled entrance to keep it safe overnight.

The parking situation in the underground parking is really difficult, the slots are super narrow. Not recommended for an SUV if one still likes to leave the car after parking it.

I like the helpfulness of the reception staff very much. Always attentive and always trying to help. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money.

Great hotel! Good-size, very clean room with many conveniences, especially wrt internet devices, i.e., USB ports, wireless charger. Balcony and motorized window covers nice bonus. Excellent breakfast, Wonderful staff. Central location.
