Breakfast was standard european breakfast, nothing fancy but not disappointing too. Room was just enough for a couple with a toddler. Balcony was a plus. Location was a big plus as it is quite close to Ravensburger spieleland, just around 7-8mins by car.

It appears that the hotel was under construction. Found it somewhat troubling that the fire doors to the stairs ways didn't have a safe distance towards the stairs. Not great when you have Luggage or similar in your hands.

Breakfast Bar was exceptional, the Rooms with table and cupboard were nice, also liked the Balcony with Chairs.

The hotel is currently being refurbished... they have cut some corners so the standard isn't top notch. That didn't detract from it being clean and comfortable.

The room was recently refurbished and looked quite modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, great selection.

The reception staff left at dinner time and never came back the first day we arrived. So many guests were waiting there. We tried to reach someone by calling the number provided in the card of the hotel, and found out it only reached the landline phone on the desk ....

Things the hotel could change: - wifi was not working at all, - the gravel parking outside was really loud and people were still arriving and parking after midnight and waking us up in the night, - balconies are not separated, so neighbours can walk in or by your room easily if they want to, - walls are thin so you can hear other people in other rooms all the time (children, loud people), - breakfast was very average/not tasty, - No AC, so the room temperature in August was always hot and we had to always have our windows open, which brings me to my next point: Things the hotel can/cannot change: - people smoking on the balconies so you get cigarette smell in your room easily (for non-smoking people it can be quite disgusting), - two guests had VERY loud intercourse at 3 am with windows wide open. I bet all the other guests could hear them as well since we all had to have our windows open due to no AC in the room. It was a very bad experience for both of us since it woke us up and left us disgusted (there were also many children in the hotel!). We had to sleep with our windows closed after that since they went on the balcony and had a loud chat for half an hour. If you are visiting in colder months, your experience might be better. If visiting in summer I would avoid this hotel until they fix/add some things.

The room have no refrigerator. The balcony is not excluded to the other balconies on the same floor. Its kind of like one long balcony for all the rooms on the floor. There was a problem with the elevator and the stairs are quite narrow.

The breakfast was just fine. There was alot to choose from. The price is fair. The hotel was OK for spending one night. I would recommend it to anyone planing on staying longer.
