The breakfast can be improved a little bit. I was missing more vegetables, and maybe an option of ordering eggs as I wished, but it was ok. location is a little bit far but we knew it so we used the subway a lot. walking to the center takes 15-20 minutes which we did on daylight.

The hotel is very nice and modern, beautifully designed. The staff was very nice, always helpfull, had a problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed immediately. also allowed us a late check out free of charge. The room was highly equipment, brand new things, could do a nice dinner using the kitchen's equipment. The room was very big, had a lot of space. Highly recommend the hotel and definitely will return.

Room Cleaning is once every about 3 days (shower & toilet every day). The soaps in the shower are all mint-like :) so be prepared if you're not a fan of mint scent.

The hotel staff were hospitable, the gym was just enough for basic training (dumbbells' up to 22kg). The breakfast included few cheeses, a bit ham, scrambled eggs and more minor additions. The room was big, 2 (comfortable) sofas and large bed, good kitchen with everything needed.

Location isn’t that amazing but we took the tram (5 minute walk) to city centre which was really easy.

Generous sized room for our family of four. Great to have kitchen and laundry facilities. Super comfy beds and great breakfast. Very clean.

Great bedroom design, lots of storage space and everything you could need in the kitchenette. Balcony too to eat outside. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but super helpful. The area was about a mile from the centre, easy to walk to the train stations, and right next to a shopping centre with supermarket. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A/C - it was set at a certain temperature which means that it would turn off automatically without being able to turn it back on!!! Very inconvenient as we couldnt sleep at nights. I’ve never had this experience at any other hotels I’ve stayed at.

There was only one tiny, slow lift. This made it difficult during busy times like breakfast and checkout times. I often had to wait 3 or 4 passes before I could get in.

I loved having a mini kitchen in the room especially that there are 2 supermarkets around the corner. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great local and transport knowledge.

The queen studio is spacious and well designed for comfort. Kitchen well equipped for simple meals and there is a communal laundry for a small charge. It was the most comfortable stay we had after 2 months’ of travel. The location is a bit far from the town square but walkable. Train station is 15 mins walk with luggage. There are also a small shopping centre and supermarket nearby but there aren’t that many attractions in the neighbourhood. A big plus is the 24hr gym.

We have stayed 6 days and room cleaning was available on 4th day only. Not a big disturbance but two times cleaning for a 6 day stay would be better for us.

Room was quite spacious and practical for two adults and two kids. Kitchen was enough to cook anything (though we didn't prefer to cook anything other than pop corns) including microwave. Breakfast was good with options. Location is very good, you have metro and tram options within 5-8 minutes of walking.

There was one thing only: the location. It is just not that close to the centre - but there is a tram stop nearby, so it is fine.

The room was really nice and clean and large enough. Breakfast was amazing - the pastries were very good and they also had fresh fruit salad - while at other hotels it is only the canned fruit.
