To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FinlandThe floors and rooms are very clean and tidy but the style is outdated. For us on a road trip this was just perfect. Some facilities had been clearly updated so there is a mix of old meets renovated. For someone who is looking for a more up to date and consistent experience this is something to be aware of.
Good location and value for money. The spa / pool was a good way to start the day. Breakfast was also good and staff super helpful and friendly.

United KingdomThere was nothing to definitely dislike but it is a pity they have had to close the shop and cut right down on what is available. I imagine they are having staffing difficulties like pretty well everyone these days.
Check-in is very efficient - we have stayed here regularly and our registration form already has our details filled in. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The room has had a very nice modern makeover. Our dog loves the balcony! There are many EV supercharger stations.
