We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumWho in their right mind puts a window between the bathroom and the bedroom??? This is the single most stupid thing that determined me to give it minimum rate for lighting and poor rate for comfort: every time one occupant goes to the bathroom during the night, it will wake up the other occupant, as the room lights up completely. While during the day it doesn't make much of a difference in the bedroom (still too dark in the bathroom so it won't save on lighting), the main purpose of a hotel room is for night use.
A little hidden gem, the hotel actually is great overall, with breakfast included by default, proposing a nice range of things to eat. There is ample, free parking outside and there are a few things within easy reach, such as a water park, the Puma, Adidas and Nike outlets or even the motorway. The rooms were clean and well catered for. Being in a remote area, it's very quiet.

PhilippinesThe only minor inconvenience was that our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, which caused a slight delay of over 30 minutes. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer.
The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, which made our short stay really pleasant. The staff were really helpful, especially with getting us a cab, and the check-out was super easy. Breakfast was tasty and set us up for the day.

The hotel is in a quiet area. Nuremberg city center is 20 minutes by car. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is a large free parking lot belonging to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. beds and pillows are comfortable.
