We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good design of room, furnishings might seem a bit dated but it was very functional and comfortable. Amazing view of the Dom from our 8th floor room which was unexpected, especially cool during massive electrical storm after a very hot day. Breakfast was pretty good but pricey.

The hotel has is very central very close to the shopping areas and the Dom. Parking on site ( for extra fee) Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is very good and also they have a sauna and lounge area to stay and relax. They provide robe and sleepers. Frigobar with a bottle of beer and juice as complimentary and refilled every day. Also we had a kettle in the room. Bed is very comfortable. Good size room.

ChinaHad a great stay, the location was super central and the service was good! The cleaning staff came a little early in the day for our schedule so one day we didn't get the room cleaned but besides that everything was very satisfactory. HUGE prop actually for the free minibar with coffee, juice, water, prosecco and beer - made our morning that much better!

Generally good hotel with all the necessary amenities. However, it is one of the most expensive hotels in the city so I expected the rooms to be lately renovated and no full carpet floor (which ultimately just collects dust). Quite good vegan options at breakfast.

AustraliaWe didnt mind, but it was a 10-20 min walk to most attractions, restaurants etc. But there was certainly enough near the hotel if you have mobility issues, and plenty of taxis out the front if the weather deters you.
The rain shower was a room highlight as the water pressure was so good, that we didnt want to get out! The room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was very large and the mini fridge was free and could be restocked on request.

United KingdomThe rooms can only be heated in winter which was a bit of an issue for us as it was uncomfortably warm and the only way to cool them is to open the window - it was not possible to sleep with the window open as the noise from the street was then an issue.
Location, quiet, great staff. This is very conveniently located between the old town and the newer entertainment parts of Cologne. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was excellent , location is 10 min by foot to Köln central station and possible to reach points interests max in 15-20 min by foot. Personnel is friendly. Room was very comfortable.
