This hotel was in the central train station building so we walked out the door and 20metres further we entered the hotel. The room was very quiet - no outside noise. It was modern, clean and brightly coloured which gave off happy vibes. Very clean and wonderful location.

I would appreciate a kettle and mug in the room to prepare tea/coffee. The rooms are very small, so you can only spend the night. The desk was also very small, impossible to work in the room. But those are really minor suggestions.

The location at the city centre was superb! Despite being located over the train station, inside the hotel it was really quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciate that it's only being cleaned every three days for sustainability reasons. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

The room was basic but very clean, it had everything we needed for the 1 night stay. The room was decorated with nice bold colours, fresh bedding, and a comfortable bed.

The room walls were very scuffed up… and given the bright artsy aesthetic it took away from it a lot not having it feel as crisp and clean as it was meant to be. The rooms aren’t very soundproof so you could hear a lot of noise in the hall or surrounding rooms. The WiFi was very shotty…. I was on and off constantly. The shower temperature… in the evening or not the water could get extremely hot… but in the morning it was barely warm and the pressure wasn’t as strong. Maybe it’s a shared unit on the entire floor? I’m not sure but that was inconvenient The TV said it could stream from Your device but that wouldn’t work at all. Not the biggest deal, but I did get sick and had more downtime than I intended so I was stuck in the room a bit.

The location was amazing! Right off the bahnhof . Easy to navigate to any of the city and find your way back easily. The staff was very friendly she helped me so much and made a lot of good local recommendations. The breakfast was not included but for the price I feel like you get your moneys worth… I’m not the biggest eater for a single sitting so I only did this 1 day. The rooms and halls were a cool artsy style. I would stay again if I find myself back in Münster.

Would have appreciated a kettle in the room, we are tea drinkers and an evening sip on a good night would have been very nice.

Very nice and comfortable hotel right next to the main train station. Beautifully thought out architectural design of the soundproof wall that did not shade the view of the trains but provided perfect silence. Cheerful colour scheme of the room, everything spotlessly clean, amenities matched expectations. Good price, tasty rich breakfast, friendly staff.

The quality and the taste of the fruit juices I had at your hotel in the morning didn't match the quality and the taste of them I had had in B&B in Doirtmund the day before I stayed at your hotel.

The bright yellow room decoration hurt my eyes. Only a very narrow, virtually useless writing desk (just a shelf, really). No cup or mug in the bathroom. The checkin desk is on the first floor rather than the ground floor, necessitating extra trips up and down the elevator.

The location, practically inside the station. Room very modern and clean. Big shower cubicle. Quiet, even with the aircon on.
