Great hotel - staff very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Kinan. The rooms very airy, clean and great air conditioning. Beds and pillows great comfort.

I arrived on Sunday, but my room was not cleaned on Monday or Tuesday, only on Wednesday, after which I was only staying 1 more night checking out on Thursday. To me, this seemed a bit pointless, as it would have made more sense to maybe only clean the room right in the middle of the 4 night stay, so after 2 nights/on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. One of the new towels I received was still damp/wet.

Great location, comfortable bed and room temperature. Hotel staff was really friendly, helpful and professional. I especially liked the fact they did everything to make my stay as nice as possible, and the daily happy hour from 17-19 was a very nice touch.

Location is a little outside the center and quite boring and a little close to the train track. On the other hand that offers easy parking and access. The shower floor was super slippery (fell twice) and the A/C kept changing and was super cold.

Minibar or Complimentary/Paid water bottles were not provided and there was no supermarket/Kiosk in the immediate neighborhood to buy them.

Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful Big enough parking space which can be booked on site. Breakfast was also good with a lot of variety.

Not much room to hang clothes and nowhere to put t shirts etc. there was a lovely swivel chair that took up a lot of room that could have been used for shelving or drawers.

Windows couldn't be opened very far, so airing out the room was tedious. WiFi was decent, but better access is locked behind membership/extra cost

Good location, easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff and good access to nearby public transport - definitely a good address to stay at when visiting Mannheim, be it for work or for leisure.

I paid €16.90 for breakfast for each day I was there but I felt it wasn’t worth it as there wasn’t much of a choice for that amount but other than that everything else was perfect

Compared to many other hotels, you have to pay at the check-in, it's not possible to pay at the check-out which would be more convenient for me.

The location is superb, 5 minutes' walk from the train station. Early check-in was available on the arrival. Very clean room, super comfortable bed.

Everything you need for a hotel stay : clean room, comfortable bed, AC, water heater, black curtain, quiet room (it’s near train station and a main road, but couldn’t hear anything when the window was closed). Recommend to someone who wants to stay in Mannheim.

No room cleaning for the entire stay (Monday to Friday). On the last day though, one hour before the check-out time, someone tried to enter the room without even knocking at the door.
