Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Size of the room was good, bathroom fantastic - especially enough room around the sink, which is important to me. Breakfast was amazing! So many vegetarian/vegan options, I really appreciate that. Everything is nicely decorated, from the room to the dining area. Staff was also great.

the website advertised "eggs any way" but the hotel only offered scrambled or hard boiled; it would have been better if their website had some sort of way to define the breakfast options that each hotel offered.

Switzerlandthere was a small incident that was efficiently resolved due to the fact that the hotel was full: my room was reeking of cigrarette smoke so I asked for a room change and this was done immediately. I would not book this hotel again at the rate I booked it at but I have another reservation at a much better rate and that will be okay

United KingdomPremier Inn attempt to do the eco thing by not servicing the room except on request (the night before(!!), but there was nowhere to hang towels to dry, so we had to request new towels daily anyway. Also it was inconvenient having to queue at reception for additional items like toilet paper and tea/coffee sachets which would otherwise be provided during room clean/service.
Decent sized room, comfy beds, good soundproofing, kettle for making tea/coffee. Breakfast was good.

AustraliaOur beds were below par and we asked to be moved which was done without hassle . We just wondered why they would have such poor beds in the room in the first place . The second room had much better beds but only 7 /10 compared with our our hotels on our trip which is surprising given Premier promote that the beds are their priority for a good sleep. The first beds were like hammocks almost . We are not complainers and this is the first time ever we have asked to be moved ! . Tea and coffee in the room was nice as other hotels on our European trip did not have that . Apart from the beds it was a great hotel and the location great . Just be aware there are two premier inns not far from each other so check the address before walking there!! For obvious reasons !

GermanyThe rooms were quite small but still acceptable. However, what was a bit incovenient was that there was no storage space for suitcases, nor for placing one's clothes! There were no hangers for jackets...we basically had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase and stowed the suitcases away under the bed...the breakfast area outside was within the inner courtyard, so, in the morning, there was heaps of noise from below. Basically, one has to keep the windows shut if wasnna sleep in...
location was good in walking distance to shops, cafes and also to the inner CBD area. The hotel was very modern, the shower was well-sized. The tram stop is directly in front of the door, soeasy to get there and away.
