The aircon seemed to be turned off overnight and my room became quite hot. Luckily I could open the window a bit but not ideal. A bit overpriced.

Good location for the station - just a 10 min walk. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and my room was really comfortable

One issue we had was with the EV charging point at the hotel, it had no information regarding charging fees and even the person at the reception had no information and we got charged additional 5€ per hour additional to the kwh charges although it was a slow charger

Premier Inn is reliable in terms of facilities and comfort, you know you will get a clean and comfortable rooms.

I understand not cleaning during a stay, but with staying three nights it would be helpful to at least remove trash during the stay. Breakfast was priced a little high for what was offered, though I ended up getting it two of three mornings for convenience.

The location was very convenient to the train station and felt safe for walking. The room was clean, had AC and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet anyway, but with the window shut I heard nothing from outside, which was great.

Relatively close walk to HBF but 4km walk to main tourist attractions/old town. However, very close to trams and buses that can take you to the main tourist area.

They could add a fan inside the room even though they had temperature control

Ideal for a 1 night stopover and located within walking distance to Heidelberg train station. The room was comfortable and very reasonably priced. One can take a bus to Old Town and it’s around 3 km walking distance.

All was good. There is a convenient food court type setup outside of the hotel that we enjoyed. Heidelberg is a great city to visit. They have a branch of this hotel that is half the distance to the old town. Good value for money.

The two guys at the front desk, one from Greece and one from Spain were exceptionally helpful. This was the only hotel on our trip that had air conditioning. It's a short hike from the main train station to the hotel and maybe a 15 minute tram or bus ride to the beginning of the main shopping street.

The only thing I didn't like was I unfortunately never had a cup of tea in my room as the cable for the kettle wasn't quite long enough to reach the socket.

I thought that the variety of food for breakfast was really good, with a decent choice of cereals, cooked breakfast and delicious pastries 😋. When I asked the hotel staff for a taxi, they were very helpful and ordered a taxi straight away so that I managed to get to my cousin's wedding on time.

The air conditioner constantly turns off and we have to turn it on. the room was very small. You have to walk sideways to get from bed to the toilet.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Hotel is located close to central train station with lots of possibilities of public transport to get to the old town. Due to ongoing roadworks there was a bit tricky access to the hotel.

While the location is close to the central train station, it doesn't have much around, so it always requires a walk or a short bus ride to reach a livelier part of the city.

The room was clean and very quiet, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was average but decent for the price, and overall the hotel offers good quality for its value.

Had to change rooms to begin with due to a drain/ sewage smell in the first room, second room was spotless and fresh smelling

Very close to the centre. secure car park which is a bit pricey but understandable for be so close to the centre
