I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is also a major plus, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and cleanliness.

However, the only downside was the air conditioning. It was a bit slow to cool down the room, even when we turned the fan speed up. It felt like there was no proper air circulation, especially when we had to close the window to block out the train noise at night.

I had a smooth check-in process upon arrival, which set the tone for a great stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the main train station, which made it easy to get around the city. The room was exactly as advertised on the website, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Despite our room facing the railway tracks, the windows were soundproof—once closed, there was no noise from the trains, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers relying on public transportation.

Air conditioner was not working in most of rooms and you can hear a little noise of trains. No complementary water. Could not do late checkout..they told us max 5 min and extra 30 min will cost 20 €

Location was perfect Very close to central bus station and central train station Walking distance from Altstadt and shopping malls. Very clean toilet.

For a start, we had an excellent reception staff helping us when we checked in. Kudret has been very patient and helpful in getting us sorted with our check-in. It was a seamless checking in, thank to Kudret. Position - the hotel is in a fantastic location, it is a minute or two walking from Dusseldorf main train station. From there you can tram trams and metro to all direction of the city, and buses too. Room - Room is good size and clean, so for what we paid, I say its good value. The only slight annoyance is the air-cond. Like a lot of European hotels, you CAN'T control the air-cond. There is a controller on the wall and it may look like you can but nothing will happen. It's centrally controlled. We do have reasonable air-conditioning BUT if you want to change the temperature or fan speed you are out of luck. You get the temperature that is centrally set. In any case I will come back to this hotel as its situated in a great location, good room and excellent reception stall.

The room doesnot have a telefon, so if you need anything from the reception you need to go in person. The cleanliness of the common areas, specially the elevator, was not super clean

Breakfast was so simple. Staf were not friendly, may be because of work pressure. They were continously collecting the dishes and glasess from tables that makes us and I think some of the guests uncomfortable.

It was clean except the carpet. Big public shared parking under the hotel.location almost close to malls and even to the Rhein river. The room was as we saw in the pictures.

You need to inform the staff earlier for cleaning the room. If you need clean towels you should also inform the staff. There is no fridge and hotel slippers.

They gave me two different rooms due to aircos not working and they did not work in either of the rooms. It was really hot therefore unfortunate.

Mattress on bed is old design with joined springs, which is widely considered by experts worse than other designs. But still comfortable enough.

There is no mini fridge in the room and this might be important for guests who are staying 7 or more days. Actually, you need to pay 15 euros per day for this. Carpet maintence is not very well, should be better.

everything was spot on i thought - i did hear that it was a bit loud from outside from a few people in our group who had rooms at the front - but we were at the back and it was absolutely fine

The location of the hotel was important to us, close to the city centre. Parking was available which was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value
