We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaHowever, the only downside was the air conditioning. It was a bit slow to cool down the room, even when we turned the fan speed up. It felt like there was no proper air circulation, especially when we had to close the window to block out the train noise at night.
I had a smooth check-in process upon arrival, which set the tone for a great stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the main train station, which made it easy to get around the city. The room was exactly as advertised on the website, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Despite our room facing the railway tracks, the windows were soundproof—once closed, there was no noise from the trains, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers relying on public transportation.

For a start, we had an excellent reception staff helping us when we checked in. Kudret has been very patient and helpful in getting us sorted with our check-in. It was a seamless checking in, thank to Kudret. Position - the hotel is in a fantastic location, it is a minute or two walking from Dusseldorf main train station. From there you can tram trams and metro to all direction of the city, and buses too. Room - Room is good size and clean, so for what we paid, I say its good value. The only slight annoyance is the air-cond. Like a lot of European hotels, you CAN'T control the air-cond. There is a controller on the wall and it may look like you can but nothing will happen. It's centrally controlled. We do have reasonable air-conditioning BUT if you want to change the temperature or fan speed you are out of luck. You get the temperature that is centrally set. In any case I will come back to this hotel as its situated in a great location, good room and excellent reception stall.

NetherlandsBreakfast was so simple. Staf were not friendly, may be because of work pressure. They were continously collecting the dishes and glasess from tables that makes us and I think some of the guests uncomfortable.
It was clean except the carpet. Big public shared parking under the hotel.location almost close to malls and even to the Rhein river. The room was as we saw in the pictures.
