Perfect hotel at a good location, next to the railway station. Front-desk is 24/7 staffed. Friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and are perfect temperature controlled. In the hall there is a vending machine but if you wish something from the bar the staff is more than welcome to help you.

We found the child safety sockets a bit annoying, especially since this hotel doesnt seem like one that's frequently visited by families (there are only rooms for 2) and they were aware that two adults were attending, but it's just a minor point. We think the lack of fridge/minibar make this a less desirable option for longer stays on very hot summer days, but it's common in most German hotels anyway.

Stayed overnight in order to catch a morning flight. Location is excellent by being close to the main station from where it's 7 minutes by train to the airport. We, however, chosed a taxi and the kind staff helped us with this at 3 am. The room was excellent for its price and location (we paid 65 € only a few days before the Euros started). And beds were comfy. Definitely would visit again.

Well I was a little unhappy that none of the plug socket would take uk plug even with an adapter it would trip the fuse box in my room they did have usb plugs next to the bed but had nowhere to plug my laptop in this was a shame.

I only booked a single room and got a double and this was amazing the bathroom was exceptionally nice for a standard room it puts the uk side of the chain to shame

I had to request fresh towels every time, which was a bit inconvenient. There were no dental or shaving kits provided, which would have been a nice addition. Although the breakfast was great, it was a bit on the expensive side. The concept of having to inform the hotel daily if you want your room cleaned, otherwise, the money goes to charity, is not ideal for me as a businessman. I prefer my room to be cleaned every day without needing to notify the hotel each time. I’m unsure if this sentiment is common. The front desk staff could benefit from being a bit more friendly and cordial. A smile goes a long way in making guests feel welcome, and I missed that warmth during my stay.

The rooms were immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed it. Public areas throughout the hotel were also kept very clean. The WiFi reception was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The showers were excellent, providing a refreshing start to the day. The toilets were spotless, which is always appreciated.

Air conditioning did not work consistently most days I was there, I had to ask it to be reset at least 6 times at the lobby. To save money the owners control ac from the lobby level and guests suffer if it doesent work. I was very uncomfortable and asked for help every night I was there. I was also very busy and when was offered to move to another room at 3 am, I politely said no but assumed they would fix it during the day. They did not. It was really astounding that they knew the ac was broken, night after night, but did not order it to be repaired.

Place was clean and safe, near train station, good lobby and nice staff.

Shower plate was draining very very slow the water into room 529 (the one I used) and that is not hygienic at all to start having feet into water into a shower cabin. TV was there but always showing “kein signal” no matter what options I choose .

Very close to the Immermanstrasse area, which was our go-to destination of that weekend. Convenient both during the day and the night. Moreover, it is quite easy to find a free parking spot nearby, so no additional expenses are needed.

Right next to the station, so very easy to find. Staff were very friendly and stored my luggage for me until check-in. The reception is staffed 24 hours, too, which was helpful since I was leaving early. Good value for money.
