Stayed for 2 nights during the EURO 24, paid in total 200€ with breakfast included as solo-traveler, which was a pretty decent price compared to other hotels in this period. The rooms were like in the photos, spacious, pretty clean, comfy beds, safe, hairdryer. Breakfast was not wow but had all the basics. 3 minutes walk from a train station, from where you can easily reach Hbf, and also the airport. It's walkable distance from the city center too. Fast check-in, fast check-out, staff was nice and helpful. Overall, I was satisfied.

The Hotel was easy to get to from the airport as it is located close to an s bahn station on the line from the airport. The room was clean, bright and fairly spacious. The bathroom clean and well supplied with towels and toiletries Sbahn line takes you into the old town, otherwise it is a 20 minute walk staff were helpful and friendly Reasonable value as Dusseldorf is overall a pretty expensive city

when I checked in, I waited a nd the front desk for about 10 minutes before 1 of the 4 staff handled my check-in

It’s a little further from the station than advertised. I’d of probably got a taxi with cases. Also a little further from the old town although the weather was good so enjoyed the walk. So not sure why I’m complaining 😂

We booked in advance and got a great price. We never had the breakfast but the bar area was great and the staff were fantastic and accommodating

Nothing to say. Didn't want a big breakfast so we didn't partake. However to be fair we didn't ask if there were any alternatives.

location was great for the shops, within walking distance or you can take the public transport. Also if want to get to the airport it was very easy. Close to transport for all the sites of Dusseldorf. Room was very comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when visiting Dusseldorf.

Strange bathroom facilities installation: when you are going out from the shower towel is behind the opened dor and you are not able to take it without closing this door. Payment on arrival but invoice available only on check out. No slippers.

Breakfast was good. Room is comfortable for two persons (I was alone in the room). Location - walking distance to city center. The hotel is quite consistent with expectations.

Although it is close to many places, the point where the hotel is located is a little out of the center. The receptionist guy who greeted us first was not very cooperative. I would like to point out that we also had problems with communication. If I have to travel to Düsseldorf again, I don't think I will really prefer this hotel, because I have experienced better ones in this region both in terms of location, convenience and price.

What I didn't like and it was something that I have encountered for the first time all these years that I travel, was the fact that the room was not cleaned the second night of my stay. Even worse was the first reaction/responce of the reception employee who instead of trying and find a solution he responded that no personnel was available at that time to clean the room, it's the hotel's policy to operate with low personnel for room service where the savings are donated for charity purposes and also asking me if I have been informed during my check-in whether I would like to have my room cleaned something which I denied and last than no available room existed as an alternative after me demanding such ... Finally, and after speaking in "high tones" another room was offered to me but the damage was already made ...

The reason I selected Premier Inn Düsseldorf City Centre to stay was in view of my visit at drupa and because the convenience of its location along with the "reasonable pricing" compared to our alternatives at the time of the reservation

I was charged twice for breakfast. I tried to point this out but the man at the desk was not interested; he was more interested in the next guest in line and I had to hurry off to the airport. He just kept telling me it wasn't a problem.
