This hotel was a real find, and we wish we had been staying longer. Dresden is magnificent, and this hotel was the perfect walking distance, for us, to the main sights. The hotel has a very good and healthy breakfast with lots of choices. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you might need. We were able to store our luggage for a late afternoon train to Prague. This allowed us an additional day in Dresden. You won’t find a better mid range hotel than this Premier Inn. By the way, the staff is beyond helpful too.

Location worked well for us - easy to explore the city on foot. Many options for eating and shopping. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water.

There was no safe to put my passport and other valuables. Even though hotel seemed safe enough and the rooms themselves were well locked, I would prefer to have a safe anyway. The reception on 5th floor is strange… not that this can be changed but would have been better on ground floor as the hotel is in a location that feels a little bit sketchy at night.

The hotel was very good and had all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect. Very close to the citu centre and train/bus station. The bed was sooo comfortable that we had the best sleep.

The main issue was that the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, where taxis cannot enter. This is a major problem is you have a lot of luggage (or heavy one). You have to walk at least two blocks to get to the hotel (or to the taxi)

The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance to the city centre. Bear in mind, reception is on the 5th floor.

No problems at all with this hotel, it was excellent

Great location and very friendly staff. Happy hour at 5pm to 7pm was excellent. Staff were very accomodating giving us ice for items that needed to be cooled

really good localisation - main enrance is placed behind the building, reception is on the 5th floor :) - about 5 minutes to old city square; underground parking just beneath the building; there is great PUB [ with amazing beer] and restaurant nearby - Watzke Brauereiausschank Am Ring, Watzke Wurstküche ( Dr. -Külz-Ring 11, 01067 Dresden, Germany ) - You don't need to look for anything else to eat !!! - prices are lower than on the old suare, and portions are much bigger :)

The essential things you expect from a hotel are all present . Cleanliness, comfort, good breakfast, closeness to the city center. I’d certainly stay again.

Missing coffee in the room (coffee cream was there though). TV without ability to log in to Netflix or any other streaming media

The hotel was a modern inner city hotel, perfectly pleasant, but not exciting, Our stay was in high summer and I was hot at night. As with every other hotel I stayed in on my holiday there was no loose bedsheet, just the covered duvet so this is obviously a European thing where the heat is not really catered for. (I live in the sub-tropics). I loved the location of the hotel as it was a short walk to most places, but not noisy.

Difficult to park in the neighborhood, reception on the 5th floor, dependence on the elevator (one of the two elevators did not work), no fridge (wasn't advertised, I just hoped there would be)

Everything was fine

Comfortable, clean room for a few nights. Close to the center, everything you need is nearby. It can be a bit noisy with the windows open, but the room is not hot, so we opened the window only before going to sleep to ventilate air.
