Old bed sheets, it didn’t feel good to sleep on them. I wish still water was provided in the room fridge instead of gassed-water, or at least we could choose. Toothbrush was not as part of room toiletries But the staff was kind enough to give me kid's tooshbrush/paste (it was the only option available).

Nice breakfast, the variety was decent. Very nice Finish sauna and swimming pool. Very relaxing after the long hike during the day. Sauna twoles were provided. It is located in the popular area of the twon.

Our bathroom, while very clean, was outdated and very tiny.

This hotel is in the perfect location right in the heart of Mittenwald. The finishing touches in the lobby and hallways were extremely charming. Our “rustic” room was spacious, had an incredible view, the beds were comfortable, the loveseat fit us both, the restocked, included drinks was a surprising treat, the included spa (pool and saunas) was lovely and the staff provided outstanding customer service.

There is no controll or monitoring of the parking lot. At least they could have a few spaces for disable guests. I had to park in a public lot 15 minutes away. I discovered later that the spaces were being taken by people who were there just for dining. They should be reserved for guests with room reservations.

Being in the heart of Mittenwald everything was at the doorstep.

Facility e.g the carpet and furniture is already too old Slight smell comes from the toilet, so we had to keep the wc door open to decrease the smell ;(

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this place

The location to the town is excellent, it has safe parking for the motorcycles, really friendly and helpful staff. The room provided a comfortable 2 night stay

The no bathing suit policy in the saunas. I don't understand what the reason for it is. I was told I couldn't wear my swim shorts, which I had a towel wrapped round, but I could wear just the towel? The breakfast was also disappointing compared to similar priced hotels in similar locations.

The hotel is great and in a great location. The view from our room of the town with the mountain behind was amazing. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and included a bath which was great for soaking aching muscles after a day's hiking.

The outside of this hotel looks ok but much nicer charm inside. Great views of the mountains.

Location - Perfect Breakfast was good and large selection - some items ran out if you did not get down to breakfast early enough Room was very comfortable - lighting was quite dimpsy though Staff were very attentive Rooms were serviced regularly and well

Somebody (personnel?) came by in the middle of my sauna session and opened the door in order to “air out and cool down” the sauna. Very strange.

Great location in town center and easy walking distance from the train station. Nice room with balcony. Great breakfast. Great new spa area with sauna and pool.
