The room was alright, not too spacious and not very bright.

Just to put something in this box. I didn't like the choice of the bags in our room.

It is well placed to get around Leipzig. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was awesome special mention for that There are lots of facilities you can use like pool table, darts, and a mini mart. The breakfast has lots of options to satisfy the fussy eaters out there. A good place to stay .

Person working at the reception desk wasn't really helpful. He didn't say anything about breakfast, swimming pool or anything like that. Getting an invoice was also an issue and I ended up asking other person for help - it was done immediately.

You need to tell the reception if you want cleaning. It's not standard.

The staff is super friendly. Great location and really nice and big rooms with big beds.

Wifi was a bit spotty but workable. Was charged 22E/day for parking but the gate was open all the time. Unpleasant changing room at the pool (we changed in our room). Food was a bit expensive but large portions and good quality.

Comfortable spacious room with a great shower and a huge comfortable bed. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly staff. Lively lounge. Kids were happy with the pool. Checkout at 12:00. All in all a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Swimming pool was very cold, no kettle in a room for tea or coffee, robes for the swimming pool cost 5€, parking in garage cost 22€ even it is hotel owned parking

Jacuzzi was out of order and apparently has been for about 4 months. Despite notice saying its being fixed. It clearly isn't. Air con in the room doesn't really work, revolving door at entrance wasn't working,

The cleanliness of the room could be better, the carpet in the room was covered with old stains.

The location is good, the main public transport station is short walk away. 24/7 gym is a great bonus.

Air conditioning / ventilation should be checked. The lowest level did not change much of the air, but medium level was already quite heavy (also noisy).

Nice hotel, there was everything we needed. It was modest, so no unnecessary equipment in the room, but we had everything we needed. Instead of minibar they have small self-service shelf near reception, which is even better due to bigger variety of goods and ease of access. There was a swimming pool available 24/7, a bit challenge how to get bathrobe and towels (no instructions in the room), but eventually we found everything on the main reception.

It should be a bit cleaner. The carpet needs a change. There were lot of handprints on the window and a lot of dust on the lights of the mirror in the bathroom. Bread role was a bit dry, and the fried egg was to long on the buffet. It was like rubber.

Large and comfortable room, it was really silent. Everything worked as expected. Breakfast was good. a lot of choices. Location is great. The staff was really good. Perfect!

Rooms were uninspiring by design with rather dirty appearence (carpeted floor is hard to keep clean but still). Passage to garage was also bit on a murky side.

The holiday was for my 50th Birthday, the hotel were aware of this but no acknowledgment and nothing in the bedroom (on previous Birthday trips there has always been a ‘something’ - wine, chocs, even balloons!) so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast time a bit like feeding time at the zoo! Darts board not working, was especially looking forward to playing so not ideal. Hotel seems to be quite busy with business people, including misogynistic middle aged men talking loudly in the bar area - oh well! Bar prices are high for the quality, normal I guess. Bath towels too small!

Good facilities, large spacious bedroom(PentaPlus), comfy bed, room was quiet, wide selection for breakfast, efficient staff, free games (pool, arcade) and fairly central location (only 5 mins to the nearest tram stop).

Providing a robe to use at the pool would be a classy touch - but of course this is a very minor detail. For longer stays, it would be nice to have a casting option / Netflix for the tv.

Good breakfast, within easy distance of the city center, comfortable and huge bed, gym and pool is a nice addition although the pool is too small for exercise.
