Single room is very (!) small. Looks like one bigger old room has been split in two to give two single en-suite rooms. Can hear everything from the room next door.

Super location, little street noise, clean, new bathroom. Communal kitchen/eating area with tea/coffee facilities but also more. The price is very hard to match if you just need a simple place to stay. When I arrived back later (1pm) there were still staff up so seems like there is a late-night presence there too, which is not always the case.

There is construction in the street in front of the hotel, where they are laying in new pipes. Wifi was weak in my room (likely due to so many WiFi systems in the building interfering with each other). My room (single occupancy) was small, but not sure how big the other rooms are.

Affluent neighborhood when it was built around 1900. Large row houses with large entry doors opening to an inner courtyard. Wide, tree lined streets. This is still a residential neighborhood, but the large houses have been divided into apartments. My room was small (single-room), but adequate. Very nice renovated private bathroom. Shared kitchen area was good. Surprisingly quiet at night, helped in part by no car traffic, since the street was closed to cars in front of the hotel, due to construction. The famous Kurfurstendamm street is a 3 minute walk away. Trains and S-Bahn and U-bahn stations all within 10 minutes walk, so easy to get into town or anywhere else in the Berlin area. Nice restaurants in the area. Wilmersdorfer street (pedestrian shopping street) 7 minute walk away.

There was some noise one of the mornings because of some road works on the street, but we knew that before booking. This only happened during the week, not in the weekend, and just for a short while, so it wasn't too bad.

We had a good time here. There is a common kitchen which is handy if you want to eat in. The place is close to a few train and metro stations, so it's easy to get to the city center. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area.

Weak at WiFi connection. The wall to next room was thin. During the night, unfortunately, the neighbour was snoring.

Comfort. Easy to check in. The lady at reception was nice and helpfull. Very good that I could make Tee or Coffee in Kitchen.

Writing just to point out negatives for the owners, none of these would be a reason to not to stay at Majesty; - Coming back to the room during the night might be challenging as the lights are turned off in the corridors. - The floors in the corridors make a bit of a too much sound when walking. I wasn't disturbed by it personally but I was afraid to wake up other guests when I was coming back at night. - Rooms are a bit small but OK.

The room was a bit small and there was no air-condition.

The location is good. Very near to the center . Also very good public transport in the area. It was very clean and was very comfortable. They had coffee facilities and a fridge. It is no luxury but it was certainly worth the money. .

Spacious and comfortable room for a good price in a convenient location. We liked the free coffee and tea and the historic character of the building. The newly renovated bathroom was especially nice.

The pillows may have been made of down or something that sunk completely, which was not as comfortable. We also hoped they would replenish shower amenities (e.g. body wash) but they didn't for the duration of our stay which was 4 nights. I'm sure if we asked they would have helped, but it was late during our last night when we needed it.

Really nice location, and the room was very comfortable. There was a shared kitchen with a microwave and kettle that was easy to use. The receptionist was very nice and we really liked the spacious and modern bathroom.
