You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryNo soap dispenser in the shower, so bring your own. The bed wasn't the best and bring your own pillow! Anyone walking around in the lobby can be heard in the room. Don't expect a welcome, there is no one about. Parking is on the street and not very clear. A group of men stood outside the main doors drinking beer - they were friendly enough and (I guess) they were guests. But there was no social area for them so they were just gathered around the door and using a post box for a table.
Location is nice. There is a sushi takeaway near the Lotto shop (not mentioned on their map). Room was big and the bathroom was clean

All you could want from a small hotel at a reasonable price No staffed reception but the facility to contact the service desk 24/7 by phone. This is explained in advance. Check-in procedure is well documented so proceeded without hitch. Local information provided. Our room had a patio with table and chairs and a fridge.

My room had a terrace and I could work either on the terrace or inside the room. Wifi was very good. The room was huge compared to other hotel rooms. Bakery was only 5 min away. Check in was via a machine. No waiting time.

DenmarkWe had a problem with the self-service check-in as the access card got stuck several times and we needed to use a pair of tweezers. However, when I called the 24/7 help service (via a phone on the side of the check-in) they were ready to come if I didn't manage to resolve the problem alone. Another downside is that the small village where the pension is located has not so many places where to eat, but is very characteristic I would say.
The room is quite big, and it is perfect for 3 people + a dog. The bathroom was also perfect, with a bathtub in case you need to relax during the stay. The check-in and check-out can be done completely by yourself, so it is perfect if you just need to stay for the night during a long car trip like we did. Definitely to check out as it had the best quality/price rate in the area.

United KingdomThe sheets have been used too many times and sleeping on the sheets was like a sheet of sandpaper, no complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The owner said there were places to eat nearby but that wasn’t the case.
No staff on duty, we were lucky the cleaner was still there as the machine took our payment but did not release a keycard for us to use in the room. Wanted to pay in cash but had to use a credit card :-(

United Kingdomno staff to be seen - problems using their automated reception to get key for room , we managed to call someone who wouldn’t be there for 10 - 20 minutes (and I was bursting for a pee 🫢) eventually managed to get the computed system to work so managed to get in ourselves eventually!! Room was okay but weirdest pillows, not comfortable and no air conditioning
