I did not realize before booking that the building does not have an elevator and the room they give me is on the fourth floor. I found out about this after payment and via email, but I couldn't cancel and had to go to the fourth floor with a 20 kg suitcase. I thought there was a fridge and a kettle in the room, but it was shared between 4 rooms.

The room was clean and nice.

Bathroom was small with slightly confusing instructions about when to open and close the windows, but not really a major problem. No other complaints.

A clean apartment in a great location. Close to many restaurants, supermarkets and transports links. An ideal base for exploring Munich. The rooms were both of a good size and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen was on the smaller side but the balcony was great for sitting out in the morning and the evening. The area was very quiet and only 20 minutes walk to the main station.

Definitely more positives than negatives. Only a small suggestion is to provide a bread toaster.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a nice two bedrooms apartment on the second floor. It was well presented and clean, it was also cleaned once during our three night stays. The bathroom/shower is on the small size, but did the job fine. The small kitchen was perfect to prepare our breakfasts and some light meals. We enjoyed the little balcony. The self check in instructions were clear, and the staff very responsive. The area is very nice, clean and feels safe. There are cafes and restaurants all around it and a good size supermarket is only 2 minutes walk from the property.

The only problem was having to walk up to the 4th floor. Apart from that everything was okay.

I did not have breakfast. The place was really easy to find and the location was great.

It needs a bit of updating with decoration, the rooms are a bit randomly decorated. Also good to warm people that the main rooms are on the fourth floor where there isn’t a lift to.

Close proximity to the train station. Tidy interior and nicely furnished rooms. Comfortable bed, great shower and didn’t hear any outside noise. Close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment location. It is close to the centre of Munich and the city's underground system. The district is vibrant with many restaurants and shops.

No washing powder for washing machine, but that is a very minor complaint.

Location very good. Short walk to public transport. Shops and restaurants nearby. Got lucky and managed to park right in front of building. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit (Olympic area, Allianz arena, go kart etc). Quite central location. Host always responded quickly to emails, when sent to the right email address.

Was expecting a double bed but 2 singles together was ok Pillows not very comfortable but overall we had a great stay here and would comeback again even in winter,,
