Perfect location for a weekend in Passau; Excellent value for money. Location is fantastic as one side opens to the river and the other side to the Alstadt center with quick access to most tourist spots and restaurants. Our room was nice and large with a sofa, kettle, mini bar and some tea/ coffee sachets. This was well beyond our expectations. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was 12 EUR and the spread is fantastic at that price. Cant be cheaper outside. The hotel has no restaurant but there are plenty of options around. Parking is there but its tight space. We have a large family car so preferred the public car park about 350m away which cost 12 EUR for 24 hours. All tourist spots are within walking distance. Buses leave from outside the hotel to go into the city. In summary, exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay here when we return to Passau.

Super comfortable to sleep. Good location and such a good breakfast. They have garage and few places for the car in front. If you want a garage plae my advice is to book it in advance. Staff was very friendly. overall 10 of 10

Dixi cup walls...no chance to sleep past the first burp next door. Ear plugs are standard issue here like the chocolate on your pillow, but it d not help.

A very strong cleaning smell emanated from the hallway. Like chlorine. We slept with the window open to help with the smell. The street is very noisy. The hotel supplies earplugs but it wasn’t enough to help with the window open.

Location is amazing! The hotel rooms are a little dated but very cute and fit the space.

The hotel is situated right next to the Danube. We were there because we were going on a Viking Cruise the next day. After checking in we saw our ship pass by in front of the hotel. Next door we found an excellent German Restaurant. We were totally pleased and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was grest!

Hotel was located in a perfect area to explore the sites of Passau. What a wonderful place to visit! Our room was very comfortable. Chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch. A set of ear plugs too - but we didn't need them. Perhaps in the summer when more people are travelling you might need them. Thoughtful of the Hotel to provide. Excellent breakfast each morning - especially the cafe lattes! Parking was right next to the Hotel. Perfect location!

For me personally I found the bed on the harder side and the pillows were too small / soft. But that's just a preference.

Large clean room with river view. We got a very good last minute off season rate. Staff were very helpful, knowledge and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The building is directly in the old town. Considering the age of the building there are great facilities such as on-site parking, elevator, bar, roof terrace and an amazing Spa. The Spa (Sauna & Whirlpool) can be reserved for a free 45 minute private session. This really made our stay! I can only recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable room. The hotel has a wonderful location alongside the Danube on one side and a pleasant city street on the other, Friendly, helpful staff and they also gave me a welcome drink. I also liked the roof terrace with an excellent view over the Danube

Even though it was non smoking, the room smelt of cigarettes. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot.

Nothing with regard to hotel. If you bothered by church bells this might not be the hotel for you though I would imagine every hotel in Passau probably has this problem. Most hotels we stayed in Austria had loud bells near by!!!

Comfortable and clean rooms, very nice breakfast choices. They even provide ear plugs on the bed for people who don't like church bells. Great location for visiting Passau and also starting our cycle holiday. Was able to park outside back of hotel for 3 Euros with hotel ticket. There are about four parking places outside which we had to use as had cycles on top of our car. They also have a small underground garage under the hotel for cars. Reception were very helpful. They also have a room to store cycles.

Location was perfect, our room was on the top floor with a wonderful view of the Danube river. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
