Everything regarding the room was good: the bed, the bathroom, tv etc. I slept very well in the bed. The hotel has its own parking; very convenient; costs 12 euro per night, which I find acceptable for safe parking. The hotel was easy to reach from highway. The location is next to the river and only a few minutes walk to the centre were there are several restaurants. The breakfast was very good; lots of choice and eggs / omelets baked at request.

Location just of A8 we were using it for a stopover on the way to Austria. Lots of staff, all very efficient and friendly. We had a dog and there were very accommodating.

I asked to habe an early check in (1-2 hours would habe been more than enough), the receptionist said I should pay half of the price for one night…. A little flexibility would be mich appreciated considering that the Hotel has such a late check in and not at all full booked….

Maybe the parking could have been wider, but that is the standard of most European countries. Old towns, small parking spaces/ways.

The room had a great view, it was very comfy and there was a separate room from the bedroom, which was great. The baby crib was the best we ever had.

When we arrived, at about noon, there were two receptionists at the desk, an Asian and a European looking one. I spoke with the Asian looking lady, who was very polite and professional, asked if it was possible to check in early and she was afraid not as the room was still being done, but that we could leave our luggage with them, which I was perfectly happy with until the other (European looking) lady quite unnecessarily intruded and snapped “only after 3 PM!” at me as if I had just called her mother’s salvation into question. I still can’t make sense of it. It was unnecessary, uncalled for and the rest of the staff have this hostile and unprofessional demeanor to thank for my evaluation. Normally I would have let this go but you have been nagging me for a review so I’ll at least be honest about my feelings.

The place is superb. The surroundings are beautiful, the rooms well furnished, clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, as is to be expected in a hotel of this category.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell of old wood when I entered, but overall it was fine.

The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A perfect location - just 10 minutes away from Hbf. There was also a small packaging of Haribo as a welcoming gift. Cute :)
