We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandA small issue was one of the elevators that was not working, so we had to walk the whole corridor to get the other one. I am sure this was settled in the meantime.
Location is perfect just opposite of the thermal baths, with a very convenient parking. The breakfast was also diverse and fresh. The room was clean and spacious.

United KingdomI was initially given a very dull, dated room overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel. It came with a cracked washhand basin and a tiny shower cubicle. I reported this and was then given a better room at the front. It was bigger and brighter with a more modern bathroom. The shower doors didn't close properly. The room itself was rather dated with old-fashioned furniture and carpet but was comfortable enough for a few days.
Location was ideal for visiting Therme. .Breakfast was very good with choice of hot food, fresh rolls, some fresh fruit. Coffee was good. Cleaning standards were good.

GermanyThere is no AC. And during the summer heat it can be really hard to get some rest specially on the top floor, directly under the roof. The hotel has seen better days and some renovations may be needed. For example the windows, which can be hard to close. Cleanness can be improved (hairs on the bathroom upon arrival)
The location is good and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond! The room is of good size and has all one could need. Even a nice balcony to watch the sunset.

Everything was wonderful - the only thing that spoilt it was other guests who insisted on Team Olympic Smoking outside on the patio while one was eating. Also, unfortunately a herd of elephants had moved in above my room - so insist on a top floor room! So ban smoking from where people are eating!!!

So, we absolutely loved this hotel. Super dog friendly we had a top floor room. Comfy beds. Large room. The restaurant menu is quite limited due to a refurbishment of the kitchen and reviews reflect this but…..as things are progressing they are offering much more. We had lunch and were so impressed we decided to try an evening meal. What a winner. Ribeye steak cooked to absolute perfection. Melt in the mouth and so tender. Well done that chef. Best steak ever and seriously I am a steak snob. Pork medallions wrapped in bacon with plums. Beautiful. Drinks were very very reasonable. Breakfast was substantial and varied. Wonderful. Staff professional and very happy. Well done everyone from kitchen to reception. Management note… you have a great team and a superb chef. Its been a pleasure.

SwitzerlandI booked a room with wifi but when arrived it didn't seem to work anywhere in the building. I asked about it and was told by the front desk boss that internet was fine and there must by something wrong with my devices. I found that odd but tried to fix the problem for a long time, as I had to write work emails and an online meeting scheduled (also no mobile data connection in and around the building). Only later I talked to other guests who had the same problem and overheard staff members discussing with each other that internet apparently hadn't been functionable for a while. This can happen of course, but I found the hotel's communication in this regard extremely bad. Instead of being honest and trying to find a solution they pretended for a while that everything was fine and blamed the guests. When I confronted them about this the next morning, they finally admitted that the lack of wifi connection was not my fault but told me in a very condescending way to just leave the property. Treating the guests like this is in my eyes unacceptable. I should mention that in the aftermath (after me complaining via booking) they offered a 10€ refund in return for not writing a review, which is probably why the review score is a lot better than hotel standards should allow.
Not much, the whole stay was one of my worst travel experiences.
