On checking in, I was told that the cost of the stay was already deducted from my credit card. As a result, I was about to just drop off the key and leave the next day when I was told that I had to present my credit card for payment. Was a bit confusing!

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. An electric kettle, tea and coffee were available in the bedroom. Bar and sitting-area in lobby were great for hanging out with friends in the evening.

When arriving I was told I was able too check in a little earlier but when I asked my room wasn’t ready and other families where checking in before us which didn’t go down to well. After waiting a little longer I asked to check in again and was still not having a luck and a larger group of people checked in again so following this we started to complain and as if by magic we was offer the room key straight away, just felt like our room was ready before but they didn’t want us to check in until we started to complain

Location was a bit away from the city center. 35 minute walk and 18 mins taxi ride. The breakfast was expensive

They had new staff that was not properly trained yet, so it took them way longer to process our requests than usually. Only Checkin lasted almost 30 minutes...

We find that the parking fees for hotel guests are extremely high.

We are regular guests and like the facilities, as well as location very much. Convenient to travel by car to Cologne Fairgrounds. District is really nice with plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

The bathroom is tiny and it's hard to turn around your behind. The door keeps closing automatically and it's a water ballet taking a shower...

Friendly helpful staff. The room is spacious enough and although at a very busy road, the room is quiet. Very comfortable bed and good facilities.

The ex-Radisson-turned-Best Western. Overall pretty neat, however it’s unfortunate there is no fridge in the room in a 4-star hotel. They stored my food at the reception, but that’s not the most convenient. The location is good, in a walking distance everywhere. The staff is friendly and the room is very large. No complaints here.

The glass from the shower was too small and it was not possible to take a shower and not make a mess. For a 4-stars hotel, we were expecting some good quality soaps and lotion in the bathroom but we found none, instead there was just a dispenser with generic shower gel.

The hotel seemed really new, the installations at the lobby and restaurant are really nice, the room was also nice, big and clean. There was plenty of space for the luggage and the closet was nice, there was also plenty of sockets, making it very comfortable. The bed was not the most comfortable but was ok. The bathroom was also big and clean. There is a tram station close to the hotel to get to the city center.

The staff didn't really seem to have any cohesion. Also, if you've extended your stay at the property twice, you'd expect them to tell you that it was looking like being fully booked on the following day (which was a Tuesday...and therefor had to move out). I mean, it's these things that separate a good hotel from a great hotel.

Nice gym and good shower. The location is right next to a lovely big park, where there is a running club 'ParkRun' on Saturday mornings.

the hotel look and overall ambience, it is so large and functional that it all feels quite impersonal and rather cavernous.

wonderful breakfast, great choice of delicious bakery items, and all kinds of hot and cold food in right-sized portions, very good teas and coffee. very appetising and nicely presented. and very welcoming staff at breakfast. room is very functional and practical. location was just right for my needs.

The price was high for the services that were given to me as a customer. Also, since the rooms are bigger, there should be more choices for full size beds.

That you have to bring back your used, wet bath rope down to the check out to get you deposit back.

Very nice front desk staff. Surprisingly well equipped gym. And also super nice sauna, spacious, clean, comfy quiet area.

There is no fridge in the rooms. Also the hotel is little bit far from the center ( around 30 min walking to the Cathedral)

The room was very spacey and well-decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Clean and tidy. The hotel is near to the park.
