Quiet room with air-con and Disney Channel (German speaking). Plenty of parking. Central location within easy walk to attractions. Very very dog friendly - the dog station is a superb idea.

The hotel is just one building and has zero facilities. It's not very well planned with an entrance at the back which is tough to walk around when it's sunny

The bed was too hard for my back and the pillow was too soft for my neck (German style), in any case after the first night I requested an extra one and I could sleep. The breakfast selection was good, but honestly 20 euro per person was too much for that. I was a little bit annoyed when they deactivated my keys at 11:30 when my checkout was at 12:00, but again, the receptionist was very helpful and we quickly resolved the issue. The toilet has a very strange structure dividing the shower and WC (very narrow) in two different little rooms; I do not get why it was designed like that.

Small Toilet. Pillows could have been better. Due to the short stay, I didn't asked for a different pillow. No complimatary Water available.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Location is great. Restaurants and Center is nearby. Parking was ok. Cocktails were good. We got a birthday table for breakfast on the birthday of my Mother.

For the Raddison connection, I was surprised and disappointed to find the bathroom and toilet are cubicles, like in a caravan. If larger size guests stay I am unsure how they would fit in toilet room with the door closed.

The solution for the bathroom is suboptimal in my opinion. Instead of just one big bathroom, they have opted for two very, very small rooms, one for the sink and the shower and another for the toilet. Of course, this gives you some convenience, but it also means that the room with the toilet is extremely small. Not a big issue though, and clearly not something they can just easily fix now.

Superb location very close to the center of the city, only takes a few minutes to walk into town. The staff was very kind and helpful, and parking was really easy too. The room was as expected with a very nice size and a comfortable bed.

Convenient location near the old port, very clean room, high rating on pet-friendliness: they provided us with bowls for food and water and even a bed for our little beagle.

The location is very good, even if you don't arrive by car (it's 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and there are buses nearby). The room was very quiet, breakfast good, and all staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Bathroom, toilet so small for normal western standards. They are 2 seperate rooms, cubicles, and can’t even swing a cat in them. Reminds me of a Japanese toilet bathroom facility. Too tight to even sit on the toilet without hitting knee on the wall. Sat sideways, which really isn’t that ideal. Step up, although for safety reasons perhaps, with a night light illuminating, was too dangerous at night-getting in, not so, but half asleep that big drop down out of bathroom, if not remembered or accounted for, will see you face plant into the cupboard a half metre away! Be careful there.

The bathrooms (toilet and shower separate) are small, a little like on a ship (design is a bit like a ship which is nice though!).

The bathroom is sapareted from the toilet room, but the toilet room is very tiny and uncomfortable with no ventilation. Soap dispancer a bit tricky... The water bottle "is for you to enjoy" but costs 3.50€! There is only 1 pillow, and not a confy one.

The hotel looks renovated, the rooms clean and pretty, coffee/tee making in the room, nice shower. Free parking! (which is a great thing in this part of the world)

In the name of "city tax" the hotel charged 4.25 € per day, which was not mentioned while booking. I don't mind paying the tax. But it should be announced while booking, not during check in.
