Shower kept leaking water to the floor. Only one bottle of room water provided for entire stay.

Despite of being advertised, room does not have AC (cold air) - confirmed by the reception personnel when I phoned them from the room. It would make all difference in a hot day…

Quiet room. Hotel is just few steps from the tower. They offer a kind of ‘express check-in’ service, but I lucky enough to be assisted at the front desk. I used the ‘express check-out’ process, though. Very simple.

There was no fridge There was a smell from the toilet, I don’t know if it was the toilet water, or if it had been cleaned by a old mop, but the smell did not go the whole time

I missed the safe in the room; and the room also could have equipped with a bit more space/possibilities for cloths but that's general missing points by similar smaller rooms as well (resolvable). The climatizaton in the conference room (2nd floor) was not working efficient to cool down the space; but the coffee buffet was a great compensation for that.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff + room + breakfasts were excellent. The room is comfy and great for work as well (table + fotel available). The room was quiet independent I stayed on the 35th floor near to the rooftop bar. I enjoyed the stay; worth to go next time as well!

1. As others mentioned, the Wifi doesn't work. It will show full signal, but either the network login page will not ever open, or even if it opens, no website can be opened afterwards. I had an eu data pack, so it was ok for me. But if you don't have that and you need an internet connection during your stay then this hotel is not for you. 2. Breakfast is overpriced, 26€ per day per person is not justified.

The location can't be better, middle of the main square. The room is perfect, nicely maintained and decent size, no imperfections.

I thought the toilet and shower set up was more “see through” than I would have wished. You would need to be sharing with someone you knew well! Not sure I liked the lobby buy your own drink snacks arrangement. As a resident, I was surprised the bar closed so early

A very good location for public transport

Room was a bit dated. (20th floor) Double bed was 2 singles (on wheels) pushed together which parted if you rolled over rather than zip&lock beds which stay together. Bathroom was open plan which is fine for couples comfortable with each other but not so for those who prefer privacy in the bathroom. No support for climbing into bath except glass screens and the floor got wet whenever using shower resulting in a dangerous experience for those with mobility issues. Plug wouldn’t stay in to hold bath water and heat control easily knocked as the bath narrow resulting in a scalding or a freeze. Towels were small and toilet roll like paper which was surprising from a chain as big as Radisson.

Very central to trains/trams & buses. Clean and modern throughout hotel lobbies and corridors. Very friendly staff.

Very expensive breakfast with nothing special. Very dry air in the room and air conditioning was blaring and couldn't control it at all. Also, somekind of thumping that was felt through the pillow and bed was going every night until midnight and started agin at 6am or so.

The cleaning lady the last day was knocking 3 times, 8h, 10:30h and 11:20h. And the check out is at 12h. I had cold and I needed a rest. .

Missed having a kettle in the room. Although coffee machine was great only 2 pods left out without milk sugar etc. There is snacks/drinks to the right at reception with a self service checkout but extremely expensive cost €8.10 for two 500ml bottles of coke!

Restrooms at the lobby weren’t accessible at all times. Which is a shame because the restroom in the room wasn’t nicely planned. One of us had to leave the room so the other could use the toilet. Charging your own guests for luggage room was not so nice to be honest.

Cleanliness and location. Cleaning lady was very nice. The rest of the staff weren’t as friendly.

Wi-fi was near unusable, so make sure you have a data plan if staying here! Toilets and shower were an odd design choice and semi-transparent. Doesn't provide much privacy and water easily gets into the room. Charging guests to go to the roof terrace was a little much!

Good breakfast, clean rooms, great view, great location near the station, so an easy connection to the airport.
