The room is hot as it is on the third floor of the hotel and it is not possible to keep the windows open at night as they overlook a very busy and noisy street.

Good location: public transport stops nearby. Large supermarket opposite the hotel. Cleanliness of the room.

1. Would be good if there was a small refridgerator in the room. 2.Was bit noisy because the room was overlooking the tram station and the main road. So couldn't open the windows for long.

1.Tram station is just in front. But it took 45 mins to reach the city centre. So one has to plan accordingly. 2.Secure parking place is available. 3. Checkin was the highlight. 4.Rewe and netto are nearby.

It was all good.

The location is great for anyone looking to save some money. The tram stop is literally at the front door of the hotel. It was so easy to get into the center of Berlin in 20-30 minutes. Since they offer breakfast at the hotel, it really made for a great morning routine — get breakfast and then hop on the tram.

When we got there first then 1st room we were in the light switch was faulty and scared us we were moved ,which was better because the first room my daughter didn't have a proper bed only a couch to sleep on for 4 days would not have been good enough,so we were happy that we had to be moved,I'm basing the next questions on the first room as that is what we were given

It has quite thin walls, but we spent little time in a room.

Everything was perfect, staff was very friendly, room was clean, warm, had Everything. Even a small kettle and some tea :) Huge comfy bed! :) Hotel is just in front of tram stop so very easy and convenient to travel Definitely recommend and we would come back if we will have a chance :)

Wifi connection is not very stable. Single bed is a bit small .None of the hotel's business ,i have met some noisy guests next to my room keep open and close door repeatedly to go out as they are a group of friends, the soundproofing may not good enough .

I never like when a hotel cut cost by having cleaning of the room every second day. I have paid for staying in a hotel and want my room cleaned every day. I want the full hotel experience.

It was close to Eden Studios in Pankow where I was attending a course. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Quite far from town but team spot right outside the door made it no issue. Attached cafe/pub meals were dismal!

The windows in the room- all three large windows are very dangerous if you have kids. Our youngest has Autism and the windows can literally swing all the way open and as I said are very big so dangerous for children with no safety latch. The biggest drawback on the hotel is the guy that works reception. Extremely unhelpful. We were checking out at 11am with a 7pm flight and I asked if it was possible to leave luggage for a few hours and he said no it wasn't possible. I had read other reviews that also mentioned how unhelpful he was so I waited until the shift change and the lady was supper helpful and said no problem and cleared an area for us to leave the suitcases. Honestly he is really in need of training in customer service.

There is a pub down there the hotel so it’s bit noisy during weekends

The two ladies at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful The cleaning staff also quite thoughtful as they found out I finished two rolls of toilet paper during the first cleaning time so they gave me an extra roll automatically 👍🏻 When you go out the front door, the tram station already right in front of you , there were two supermarket nearby within 500m super convenient location

Room was big and very clean. Location perfect because near to entrance is tram stop which connecting you with train and underground. People working at the hotel really friendly. At hotel is bar so you can drink beer and enjoy yourself at the patio.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was basic but good and a good start to the day. It was quite a distance to the city but the hotel is right next to a tram stop so that made it easier to get into the city.
