Extremely small rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Bathroom not user friendly. Hallways not clean. High price (300e per room for 1 person + breakfast 18e per day). Too much for the offer. The hotel offers minibar for free if you give them 10 on Booking. That is so wrong.

Good location. Clean. Peaceful and quiet. Room has terrace. Umbrella in the room. Very good breakfast. Very good WiFi.

The soundproofing of the rooms wasn't the best. I was woken up several times by other guests coming and going, sometimes not even on the same floor. Something about the building just carries noise far away from source.

Friendly staff, very fast check in and check out. Room was small but neat, compimentary refreshment was very nice. Aircondition was in the room even though I didn't specifically request a room with one. Very close to the central bus/train station.

Rooms were a bit dusty and housekeeping had to be told to change the linens and vacuum and just basic clean up.

Service during breakfast might be better, no one asked us if we needed anything or if anything was going fine (although many people were working at breakfast time).

Even tho we checked in late the receptionist was really nice and helpful. The room was great and location was also close to metro and in a nice part of town. Bar downstairs had a pleasant vibe. Again staff was really nice.

The rooms are pretty small but unfortunately this is becoming standard in hotels nowadays.

A small boutique hotel between Donnersbergerbrücke S-Bahn station and the lively Rotkreuzplatz. It is at least as good as the big hotels nearby and although it is a little bit more to the side, it offers great value for money. Due to its location on a small street it is also really quiet. All kinds of restaurants and takeaway food options are available just a short walk away.

In my personal opinion the hair dryer is so small and it is not very functional for drying women's long hair.

I loved the breakfast and the location. The room which was given to us had a nice wide window so we could have fresh air. The place is quiet and good enough to rest peacefully.

I Kept hearing noises from outside room/others room.

The receptionist were nice. The room & bed was clean & comfy. Plenty choices of minibar. Inside wardrobe there was an iron & board, also an umbrella that i've never seen on other hotels without request.

It was not possible to park the car in the hotel parking, because of the capacity - should be at least mentioned at Booking that the capacity is limited. Two man at the reception were very arrogant.
