These are nitpicks: We accumulated several glasses in our room from the bar - would've been nice if they were taken out when the room was serviced, or if anyone else could have come up to get them, but we ended up having to take them back down to the bar ourselves. Also, we ran out of coffee pods on the first day. We got more, but had to ration them.

Excellent hotel in general. Loved the brunch service (until 14h!). Loved the details in the room. Loved the view of Oranienplatz. Staff were great as well. We were very happy with our stay

We loved this hotel! It was in a good location in a busy/fun neighborhood but inside the hotel was so quiet, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all incredible and so accommodating/helpful with suggestions. The restaurant on site was delicious and the lobby/bar has great vibes with live music (piano in lobby and brought in musicians) and amazing drinks. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, beds were so comfortable and great view of the park. Surprisingly, our room was so quiet even though it was on a busy street. It was a pleasure to start and end our days there after being out exploring Berlin. The rooms had such thoughtful touches as well. Would stay there again and again.

It’s not the greatest neighborhood for restaurants. Poor coffee, though this might be Germany in general. (!) Slightly confusing about what you are going to get when you reserve. Mostly great though!

Beautifully maintained older (in the best way) hotel. Gorgeous room, very pleasantly appointed. Beautiful shower. Charming staff.I wish I was wealthy enough to stay here regularly.

It's hard not to like something, we had a great stay. A very small detail is that the screen casting didn't work.

The staff was incredibly helpful and inviting when we arrived. The lobby looks more like an elegant restaurant than a hotel. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Great amenities. Close to the bus, several restaurants, and laundry facilities. Would definitely go back without hesitation.

Too expensive given location and facilities. I paid 500+ a night just for myself. Area is not very central and also not nicest part of Kreuzberg.

Nothing really, although finding the front door might have been easier when arriving at night as the taxi dropped us at the bar/restaurant entrance using his sat-nav.

The room, staff, and common areas were excellent. A very friendly welcome with a complimentary drink which was a very nice touch. The room was a good size and very comfortable, with the bathroom very modern, clean and stylish. The local area was a fabulous mix of bars and restaurants. Public transport available within a few minutes walk, whether using bus or subway.

Very friendly staff, I was immediately greeted with a smile and offered something to drink while the necessary formalities were being filled out. The bar was incredibly beautiful, with sunlight pouring through the large windows and it was a great first impression of the place for someone after a long journey. In the evening, this bar had a live piano playing and one could relax in a big comfortable chair and enjoy a cocktail. There are many interesting places around the hotel - bars, cafes and restaurants of exotic cuisine. For example, Central Asian manty, pilaf and samsa just few minutes away from the main door on the same street in a place called "Samarkand". The room was perfectly decorated with elephant rugs, beautiful furniture, and filled with natural light through large windows. Cleanliness and order were guaranteed. There are interesting books, guidebooks on Berlin to find in the room, which are definitely worth leafing through, and if you want to purchase. For sure, I will come back here again and more than once as now it is one of my favorite places in Berlin and Kreuzberg. May you all have the beauty of Orania in your heart and soul! Cheers.

Exceptional breakfast and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Upon arrival everything was very easy and they sat us down in the bar area whilst they sorted all paperwork. All members of staff ensured our stay was as easy as possible after a long day of travel.

Location is perfect as it is in one of the most ethnically vibrant neighborhoods of Berlin. The lounge and the bar hosts life music and is extremely alive at the evening.

Room a bit small. Breakfast very very good. Nice selection and quality of the ingredients. Egg Benedict - was the best I have ever had. Also the cocktail bar and atmosphere in the bar / restaurant was very nice.

It’s very nice but you can hear people walking about in the room above. Also at breakfast the staff seem weirdly unwilling to ask for your order. There is a menu but nobody ever asks what you want.
