The only thing was that it was a bit too hot even when the heaters were turned off, but overall, it was not bad as you could crack the windows.

The location, the girls at the front desk were all exceptional and so professional yet helpful. Hotel was perfect and exactly as it's described.

I didn’t like that when you pay 17 eur for 1day (24 h) parking and if you leave the spot , they say that you loose it, which is not acceptable. As long as I paid for 2days , that is reserved for me, cause it’s the hotel private parking , but I think that’s a way to get more money on a day for a parking spot. I did not like the carpet in the room, it didn’t look so “welcoming “.

The room was good, I could say a little bit crowded for us , however the sheets were clean, and the bathroom as well. Wifi was good as well.

All really good…maybe some attention to the a/c unit, especially before summer.

Located a short walk to centre & several tram / bus stops. Superb hotel facility offering bars, breakfast, coffees, meeting lobby etc. Good sized rooms and bathroom works well. Quiet enough even with window open through the night. Heaps of eating & coffee places about (mainly middle eastern cuisine) Staff are excellent, in particular Ana who was very helpful.

No dedicated desk space made it hard to get work done during my stay, Bed was hard and uncomfortable and I'm personally not a fan of booking a Double Bed only to find it's 2 single beds placed right next to each other. Room was perfect for a solo traveller but 2 people might find it a bit cramped.

Great location within a 5 minute walk to a tram stop that takes you into the hear of Mannheim, close to the train station or straight to the SAP Arena. Room was stylish and clean and easy to organise. Plenty of electrical outlets for devices and built in USB ports on the wall for easy phone charging. Very cheap for a week's stay.

As a single woman I did not feel 100% safe in the area around the hotel at night. It was a bit far from the main train station but public transport was good.

Very beautiful hotel, interesting design, felt young and trendy and comfortable. Staff very friendly, cleaning very well done. Price vs quality very very good, really cheap for the city centre.

1/2 Cards for the door didn't work at first. When we fixed the malfunctioning card, the other one didn't work. So we had to do with 1 card.

Comfortable clean room. Nice bar with games at the ground floor. Vending machines with alcoholic beverages as well. Fast check-in and check-out

Only one English TV channel working. Loud noises from the corridors during the early morning, better soundproofing needed.

Central location only 5 minutes walk from the tram. Good breakfast selection and hotel facilities.

Smell of weed up in residents quarter

There was a smell of weed in the corridor where our room was located which was a clear indication that other residents were smoking in their rooms

This hotel is beautiful with little touches that make it really special, we were given a glass of sparkling wine as a welcome when we checked in

Great place in the centre of Mannheim. Walking distance from the train station. I came here for a convention at the Rosengarten and it was easily within walking distance. Had to book on a 1 day notice so I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is just off the main shopping street. 5 minutes walk from plenty of cafes and restaurants. Room itself was fairly small but exactly what I needed. Very comfortable and with good AC during the hot summer. The bar downstairs is great and the staff were very cheery (and also assisted me in printing a rail ticket which was a big help!).

It is a bit tired, worn out, and needs some care. Breakfast was very limited and I did not find it to be worth the price

Location is excellent. Close to the motorway, city center, restaurants, market, public transport. Parking downstairs is ok, but limited. But The hotel does offer alternative parking options if it is full. Parking is 17 euros.

No complaints, would stay there again. We walked there from the Bahnhof,with our bags.
