Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

NetherlandsThe first room they gave me was above the bakery part of a bakery, the oven and the place were people work all night and play music. It was hard to get to sleep and I was even woken up one night at 04:00. Got a different room with a matras that hurt my back severely for more than a week. Got a 20% refund after an hour and a half of chatting over whatsapp. Probably also because I caught someone stealing from a pallet in front of the door.

IrelandToilet seat was dirty when I arrived. No water/refreshment drinks in the fridge while Numa Savy aroynd the corner always offers this. No remote control for the aircon, so it was extremely hot in the room. Room was very small. No storage space and no wardrobe.
Love the numa concept in general. Very nice and beautiful rooms. Exceptional comfy beds! Great location!

Locations is great, the room was quite modern and the bed was very comfy. The online/digital-only check-in and check-out is great!

Quite smart, modern, high-ceilinged studio room with kitchen unit and ensuite in large converted Jugendstil building (with 2 lifts) just off Kurfürstendamm in Wilmersdorf/Charlottenburg, West Berlin. Reasonably priced. Pleasant, tranquil location: broad, quiet streets with shops and restaurants. U-Bahn and buses close by. No visible reception staff; but pin code for the room and elaborate app for information worked fine. Lively-looking bakery/cafe on ground floor. But better still for summertime breakfast was gorgeous bakery/cafe with terrace Aux Merveilleux de Fred a few yards east on Olivaer Platz: recommended.

IsraelMore of an adjustment of expectations, but looking at the photos, i was expecting a slightly bigger room, or specifically a bit more space. the standardt room was very small, and the shower as well. In retrospect, one of the bigger rooms would have been a better fit for a couple.
The digital service was very convenient, and the room was clean and equipped perfectly. The design and great location were also a big bonus.
