The central air conditioning despite being switched off still blowing cold air during the night to the room - when it’s warm it’s handy.

The location is very handy literally walking distance from the old town Centre, next to the hotel there is the river side where you can walk and have some great restaurants and pubs. The windows seal great so you cannot hear a thing from the street, but can hear next door room if someone is loud. The facility has basic equipment and a bar and vending machine but just outside you will find everything. For us for one night stay (during our road trip) as a couple with two dogs it was perfect!! Had a parking garage that was secured right under the hotel, had comfortable bed, shower with warm water clean towels, you could open the windows and best was that our two dogs were allowed and stuff was super nice about them even asked if we need water bowls for them and green walking area with dogs next door. We were happy overall with everything.

We booked a room with extra bed (that was a extensible couch) as we travelled with 2 children, but the room was not for this, was very small and there was no space at all, we could barely open our luggages and kids were jumping from bed to bed to go ro toilet or bathroom😂 ! Bathroom also very small, bathtube and shower cabin in 1.5 sqm!!! Why to put a bathtube which is like 1 meter long🤦‍♂️ in such a small bathroom if u have a shower cabin already??? Towels were spread everywhere, on the bathtube, on the walls etc, wqs no space for almost 10 towels!!!

Modern hotel, very clean, a lot of facilities, underground parking, playroom for the children in the lobby, bar wit terrace, excellent location.

There is not enough amenities in the room. It could be shower caps and free bottle of drinking water at least to meet the price we paid.

We stayed there for 2 nights. What we like is the space of the room and the hotel location.

Only small reservation is it’s a 15 minute walk to town centre, but knew that when booking.

The front desk staff proved to be extremely helpful in providing assistance and answering all our questions. Going that extra mile out of their way to facilitate our stay both at hotel and out and about the city while being polite and courteous. We found the facilities such as the pool area, showers, changing rooms, corridors and not to mention our room to be spotlessly clean and tidy at all times. And a huge bonus is the playroom opposite the front desk, the kids loved it! Shall certainly stay there again 👌

The rooms are almost too modern. The sink, although looked fancy, was hard for my 6 year old to use. She couldn't reach the soap without our help and we couldn't move the soap dispenser to alleviate this problem.

Very clean and modern hotel. The pool area was nice, although I found the pool on the cool side. The kids loved the little play area near reception.

Wellness suite. The swimming pool was filled with small children even after 10 pm. The changing room was not cleaned and hair was all over the floor. I was disappointed as I wanted to spend time there quiet.

The bartenders were not attentive whatsoever, standing in front of them to order a drink and no other patrons around, was totally ignored for no reason.

Amenities such as pool, gym and outside areas were great to relax. Room was big and nice bathtub which is unusual.

The location is absolute gold - walking distance from the Isar river, 15 minutes walking to Marienplatz and a 5 minute walk to the Rosenheimer platz metro. Some very good eateries nearby - Indian, Pizza, Lebanese, True 12 ice cream (safron flavour is a must try). The hotel itself is very nice, well maintained with friendly staff. The rooms are cozy, but smallish (we were a couple with our children... So the extra beds in the room make it completely full. The in-house restaurant The Flave served good food but it is a tad expensive ( 100 euros for a meal - 2 Adults+ 2 children)..

Specifically chose this hotel because it has Electric Charging points for my EV. HOWEVER none (0, zero) of the 6 charging points were working. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I was told “Sorry, we haven’t been able to contact the company for two weeks.” I said that the website should be updated to reflect non-working EV points and was told that there was a charge point at the gas station down the street! Unacceptable.

The neighbourhood the hotel is in, was perfectly fine it just took you a while to get to the centre and was a bit boring, it's really close to the Deutsches Museum though. Also a bit of a weird bathroom setup in my opinion but still very nice and clean.

There were not many healthy meals available at night. The aircon didn't work in my room so the room was a little to warm for me . otherwise I am was happy.

I was happy with the Size of my room, at night it was nice and dark and quiet. The whole hotel had modern design and was very clean. The staff were friendly and polite and helpful.
