The walls are very thin and I could hear the next door tenants come in in the middle of the night and talk.

I was on a trip for work, do I needed a small clean room with a private bathroom. Exactly what I got :) The breakfast was great and the owner was very nice and helpful.

We really missed having a kettle in the room; the bathroom flooded while taking a shower; there was no staff available for information; and the hotel is really far from the center of Munich

We loved the room! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and did not smell bad (like smoke/mold, we are allergic). It was great for 3 people.

On industrial estate. Location good for accessing motorway, but 20mins away from city centre.

No sufficient dark curtains and light came too early in. No air conditioning and it was hot and humid. A simple sheet could have helped to sleep in the hot instead of the douve.

No air conditioning, and it just happened to be quite a hot day. But the fan provided was helpful.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, so we had a good night's rest. The keys were left for us in a safe, very easy to collect. The rooms are spacious and well fitted, the bathrooms are impeccable.

Room was very clean, warm and comfortable, only thing i missed was a in the room slipper. As we travel on work we normally do not take a slipper with us.

We selected this hotel as stop over on our way from south to north. We pick it due to its location close to Munchen ring. We got exactly what was promised on Booking page and although the hotel can be seen as being in deserted area and bit rough with automatic check-in, we knew what we ordered and we were fine with that. Breakfast had bit small selection but nothing you cannot survive for one day.

It is not close to the train station, but I don't care because I drive.

The room is modern, they refill the amenity items everyday. Easy check in, I have not seen a single staff during my stay. They provide plenty parking space.

The walls are thin and you can hear your "neighbour" snoring. Also they have issues with the toilets which don't flush properly because of bad design - you have to flush 2 times.

The room was good with a modern vibe. I loved the self check-in which comes in handy if you arrive late at night. parking is available all around the hotel.

There was no kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee. Reception is only open till lunchtime. Wi-fi didn't work properly and we could not regulate heating in our room. It was like a sauna for two days, but was sorted afterwards.

Not a very busy hotel. Easy self check-in. Convenient location for attending Bauma 2022, although the traffic was terrible. Good breakfast and loose leaf tea selection, good water pressure in the shower.

The reception was not operated. Then unfortunatelly Things Happen like other people take the Keys prepared for you. Some Electronic key/Code System should fix that Issue.
