Breakfast was okay, but too expensive. There were people talking all night(or maybe TV? Idk).

Staff was super nice. Small room, but has everything you need and even a power strip so you can charge multiple devices. Parking in the backyard

Room bigger than expected, good beer in the bar, plenty of parking. Booked about 2 weeks in advance and got a very reasonable price. 56 euros per night.

The room was super small I could not even fit in the toilet. The facility in general was ok and could be used for single travelers for a night stopover only. Foor in the restaurant was below average and I was hoping to have a good German food experience however the property failed to achieve this level of expectations. You have to pay 5 euros for parking which doesn't make sense being a private property parking.

It was a good stop for my road plan. The staff was nice and welcoming, and the value was way better than other properties I looked at but still, I was expecting a little more out of this place. But overall I would stop there again if I had to drive through the same area. But next time will choose to eat elsewhere

I like the room (403/401), it was clean, comfortable, warm, enough space.

The receptionists was not overly friendly and certainly not in for a chat. If you check in before 17:00 hrs you need to leave the hotel and go outside to another door in order to get to your room. This because the restaurant isn’t open until 17.00 hrs. Breakfast is value for money, but in our case the eggs were cold and the water for tea was lukewarm.

The double room we had was really big. Two nice beds and a separate sitting area. There was kitchenette as well, but hardly any cooking utensils and no pots or pans. The fridge was not turned on either. The restaurant in the hotel is very cosy, good service and goodfood.

The person at reception was very friendly. The location is very noisy. Because of the tram station. Especially in the weekend. However, ig you're looking just for one night stay then it's ok.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for easy access to the Autobahn to go in any direction

I didint like any thing. By mistake I booked 2 days earlier I text them true the email to change the date but nobody reply, I wait for 4 days for reply when it show usualy takes 24hours to reply, nobody texted back, booking. Com how me if i want to change the date i meed to pay extra 10euros witch one its fine i did pay. Because nobody text me back about the dates I called them, they told me that they can change but it cost another 49 euros witch one i can pay when i come to hotel i thought okay.. what can I do, i booked. I came in the evening and you know what, administrator told me he forgot to put me in.. he told me to that its fully booked and they don't have any space that I need to wait 5 minutes he will fine another room in another hotel. Okay I wait for 20 min in can park, come again to office when he saw me straight away said sorry I didint check any room yet. Wait I'll call someone, he find some hotel. Gave me address and told me that for this I need to pay another 80€ I said I already pay 63 for the hotel u ask me to pay another 49£ and now u asking me to pay 80€ when I forgot to book me? So he gave me 30€... I go to another hotel and Say whats happen so nobody call to that hotel for my new reservation... and they was fully booked to. Just worst night Meare in my life. Just avoid of this hotel.. they don't care about u
