Nothing to dislike, really. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Clean modern room, lovely walk in shower (why do hotels have to have showers over baths in the 2020s?). Choice of room on booking and internet check in and out. The public areas are very well done, integrating modern glass and steel with the traditional stonework. Well appointed gym and friendly staff.

Not enough light or lamps in the room, in the evenings it was too dark to see anything in the closet.

Our room has balcony however it is connected to other rooms. One can walk along the balcony to others’ balconies.

The location is a bit far from the old town but quite and comfy.

I could not switch on the TV in my room. I wish it would be easier to find the spa and the fitness room.

The room is well equipped and decorated, with an amazingly comfy bed and fragrant bathroom products. The huge hotel lounge, with many comfy seats to enjoy a coffee with friends or read one of their various books at display. It is ideally located in between the train station and the city centre, with a greenery side that makes it charming.

Not a complaint just a remark. I have an EV and charging at the hotel was €29. Thats a bit too much. Think its best to install chargers where you can use your own charge card.

Room was clean with a nice bath room. Coffee and tea available. Beds were very comfortable with multiple pillows. Check-in was fast check-out not as there was a group checking-out and only 2 counters available. Parking was good and safe. Near the old-town which was just a short walk but also public transport nearby.

Staff is not very engaging, but nevertheless professional. Restaurant attached to the building, but not affiliated with NH served mostly Italian fare. But plenty other options within walking distance to property, and 3 bakeries less than 2 blocks away.

A few blocks away from the main tourist attractions of the old town, and access to the castle. Walking distance to the main train station or short bus ride. Quite neighborhood. Verry close to the river Neckar.

Our room was a little warm even with the slightly noisy aircon running, this was fine as it wasn't a particularly hot weekend but could be an issue if the weather was warmer. It's a decent 30 min walk to the old town of Heidelberg, this wasn't a problem for us but worth mentioning.

Large well-appointed room with a nice bathroom. The whole hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We parked our hire car in the hotel's underground car park which is an additional cost - this is fine but for a nice hotel like this I'd normally expect this to be included for free especially as it's their exclusive car park.

There are window eaves outside made of something that unfortunately creates a very loud sound when rain is falling on them.

The air conditioning was turned off, and only heating ie winter mode was available but it was April and 27 degrees outside so we were given a ventilator fan for our room and opened the windows to circulate air and cool off. Heating and cooling should be adaptable to each room to the guest's preference.

Very large room size, good size desk to work from, nice bar and lobby area, good parking facility, walking distance to city centre.
