I've had most of my friends and family stay here multiple times because of its proximity to my apartment. I, myself, stayed here the first time I arrived in Munich. However, the staff and rooms, on most occasions are quite dusty. Check-in takes unnecessarily long (about 10-15 mins longer than usual)

You get free coffee and location is plus.

Was built for small people, had to duck in the shower.

Super convenient given the price. We spent a night on our way to Italy. Supermarket and pharmacy just across the street, free parking on the street (on weekends). Free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff, no fees for late check-in (after 2am).

Location was not the best for traveling the city. Although there was a bus stop nearby which could take you towards the city centre

The hotel is dated and had signs of wear. Although we didn't it there was no AC. The bathroom was really clean.

The hotel is close to bus and and metro stops and appropriated priced for the area.

The journey to the city center requires to change from Bus to Train, and we had baby troller that makes it a bit more complicated.

The room was good and comfortable. The location was not that good but, there was: bus station close to the hotel, two different restaurants (one asian - very good!, one italian, closed the day I was there). No breakfast included however there was a Aldi supermarket crossing the street and a bakery right in the corner.

Really good price. Easy to get to by bus, bus stop right across the road. Handy amenities- restaurants and supermarket nearby

The lobby courtesy coffee machine stopped working after my 2nd day of stay. Asked why and a lady manager first said “they were out of glasses” (?), then “that she didn’t know what the problem was” (???). Two other gentleman at desk were really nice and helpful.

Toilet and bathroom was not so perfect. They really need new equipment. For example bathroom douche and toilet need to be changed.

Sometimes lift doesnot work, they dint have extra accessories like cutlery, internet is very poor, several.tumes the access card did not work

Breakfast was ok but overpriced. The hotel charges 17 EUR per person, and they give you a voucher for the bakery nearby. However, straight at the bakery, the same breakfast menus cost 9 EUR per person. The food is good, though, just at double the price. Alternative option, even cheaper: there's a well-stocked Aldi store vis-a-vis.

Friendly, helpful and patient staff, public transport very close nearby. Free coffee machine in the lobby, with good coffee. The junior suite is great for families. Pick "New style": rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. Covered parking underground.

The room we were staying in looks like it was built in 1970ies. Old and shabby, honestly I have never stayed in such a bad room. Shame that rooms like this still exist in Munich. It should have been renovated long time ago. Doesn't deserve 1 star! Please, renovate rooms!!
