Beautiful hotel Very comfortable Loved the wall-to-wall windows! Loved the family room. Great for my husband and I in one room with our daughter/granddaughter in the other.

The personnel of the hotel was often rude, there was just one person at the restaurant. The service at the desk is super slow. The food at the restaurant, with the exception of the breakfast was not worthy.

The hotel was in a really central location with easy access to the Football stadium. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay

There was nothing that I did not like.

Every thing was superb, including all the staff, who I thought ,went out of there way to help with any questions or queries.They were all very helpful from checking in to checking out.. Also I found the restaurant was very good, and the staff once again went out their way to make my stay enjoyable. The service was superb and my waitress was delightful!

I couldn’t go to Sauna when I asked the staff they directed me but still I couldn’t get in so I gave up. When I tried to call the reception no one picked up so I had to go to the lobby 😖

Location is a bit seedy but ultimately no different than any other major city around the world.

Staff was super friendly upon arrival, room was a perfect setup and very clean and updated, I will be buying the exact pillows and duvet used in the room when I return home, and the restaurant food and service were excellent. We enjoyed our walk each day to city and center. And the ease from the airport and to the train were great.

We always come here when we fly from Frankfurt. Big rooms, nice view, clean, nice staff and the breakfast buffet is perfect before a long flight. They have many options and made to order dishes - great when you travel with a kid. The neighbourhood is part in shamble on one side, part new and clean on the other. We tried several restaurants less than 5min by foot from there and they were good (favorites : the chicago bbq restaurant and the ramen restaurant).

Nearby the hotel a station area with a lot of homeless, prostitution, and drugged….. and terrible smells

The room service for dinners or late snack was not available within the working hours indicated on arrival on Sunday evening.

Great location, close to the train station, shopping mall with food/supermarket options. The hotel has a great gym facility and sauna. The room was comfortable, clean and well equiped.

Phone connection on the higher floors is quite bad, but the view compensates that.

Consider price reduction

The breakfast was great, with a variety to chooses from. The staff was friendly and receptive. Great location, within a short convenient walking distance to Kap Europa Convention centre and Skyline Plaza Shopping Mall

I like this hotel. The room was clean and spacious and nice and modern. I requested to be put on the highest level so won't hear noise from street level. They fulfilled my request i was on the 19th floor. The bathroom also requested was a shower which was also fulfilled. So this exceeded all my expectations. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great nice and delicious freshly prepared. I recommend going early to get a great experience.

Water drains slowly from the shower. The air conditioner is not very cool. Soap hardens and is difficult to squeeze out.

This new hotel has a very good view. And good breakfast.

The amenities on the bathroom were not refilled on arrival and after 2 days without ,we had to demand it.
