The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste but this is something very relative :)

Very nice interior and exterior design of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful area, a few steps away from a bus station, from which a bus and later an S-Bahn can be taken to the city ceter. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good and healthy breakfast.

Check-in is possible only until 20.30 which comes with the family run business.

Quiet, family run hotel in the green area of Obermenzing. A bus (56) stops directly in front of the hotel, highway exit is also very close. Convenient location, relaxed nights, no noise. Real suburbian environment. Breakfast is average, it is okay. Do not expect that wide selection of the big hotel chains. Parking is free and convenient, no tight spaces. The owners are kind, flexible and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxed, green place far from the frenzy downtown go for this one! We all like this hotel very much.

No complaints, the location is a bit remote but the public transportation covers this.

Clean cozy rooms and convenient local transportation. The breakfast service was also very nice, not much to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

The location on the west of Munich only a short bus ride from Pasing which is an S-Bahn station with many trains into Munich centre. The hotel which is on two floors is a typical attractive Bavarian building and has a good atmosphere. The bedroom contained a comfortable single bed and sofa bed, there was a radiator in the bedroom and bathroom which was especially welcome with the cold temperatures during my stay in Munich. The continental choice at breakfast was very good with a good selection of bread, rolls, meats and cheeses. There was also a good selection of tea, although I only needed English Breakfast tea and there was a flask of very hot water allowing me to make an acceptable cup of tea. I also tried the coffee served by the hotel which was good.

Nice property in a good location. Bus stops literally in front of hotel. 10 minutes from station Pasing. Good breakfast and overall service. Many nice spots nearby.

Shower is behind the toilet, it is not so convenient to access, and bathroom is rather small in general. Wifi password could be displayed in the rooms, not only available at the reception - which closes at 21:00. But thanks to 4G and roaming, this did not cause any problem.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, good price, nice staff. Old fashioned hotel - I don't like the shiny new ones.

Arrival only until 20.30, no aircon or as an alternative insect window protection & fan, in the morning a little bit loud due to near big street

A felt a bit expensive for the space and facility. Photo of a castle with pond (5 min away) was a bit misleading for me. I was expecting to stay there 😀. But May be it’s just my greed and I hope it’s clear for others booking the hotel.

Nice coffee and breakfast. Calm and cozy hotel. Staff were nice and helped with additional request (warm milk for toddler) . Nice locality.

The front desk lady was quite unpolite. She started raising the voice at us the moment we walked in, when she saw our little kid (9 months old), because we booked a double room and she was mentioning that we need a room for three. The poor kid got scared. I understand it's a money issue, but she could have just explain this and we would have paid the extra 20 eur, for a normal double room. She gave us a room with 3 beds, with less space and a lot of nerves. They don't like tourists.

The place is clean, with decent facilities and well equipped bathroom, even though a little "old stile" for me.

I asked a staff member if I could sit outside on the back yard patio. It was such a beautiful day. She hesitated for a very long time saying nothing, but then decided to open the door leading to the patio. I got the impression that my request was a burden to her.

Because of my expected late arrival, due to a long day in the train, the hotel was very accommodating and permitted a friend to pick up my room key. I was able to enter the hotel after business hours.

Steps are very inconvenient when you travel with Trolley. Rooms are fine but Bathroom is very small. even 2 steps can make to hit something in the room

Nothing we didn’t like.

Very clean and well kept. Excellent generous breakfast and attentive service was provided. Quiet area and nice garden setting. We would gladly stay here again.
