We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I enjoyed staying at this property, one of the reasons is the location, is very close by Constance lake. Another perk I find the billiard room and other interesting things to do there with a kid especially!

SwitzerlandThe room itself was nicely decorated but we did need to open the windows to air it out. Some additional care should be taken on the cleanliness of the room. Walls are also thin so perhaps not ideal for light sleepers.
Lovely hotel with great character. The bar area is cozy and chill for an afternoon drink or meal. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options.

United KingdomThe breakfast is just outstanding! Beautifully presented and with a great selection of cold cuts & cheese (vegan cheese on request). Not to forget the yummy sourdough bread!! We also loved the coffee and the fact that hot milk is provided. The kids can also help themselves to fresh fruits, a variance of different fruitsalads daily, as well as making their own fresh waffels on the weekend. What's not to love?! The own hotel pool is also fantastic, great area to chill or taking a dip.

GermanyThe size of the room did not meet my expectation for the pirice I paid. There was no air conditioning, but luckily it was cooler in the evening. However, we were on the ground floor and the people behind us were having a graden party and being very loud late into the night. The pool in the middle of the property did not lessen the noise during the day/early in the afternoon especially for us since we travell a good distance to get to the hotel and wanted to rest before going out to dinner!
The room was neat and clean, even thought it was small for the price. Walking distance to the lake (which we didn't do) and an easy walk into the neighbouring town in Austria. We used the game room and went upstairs to see the view from the loung. Breakfast wasn't bad either, but still a bit pricy overall in my opinion.

GermanyIt was all a bit cramped. The ceiling in the ground floor is really low and i bumped into hanging lights. Room and Bath looked old and shabby and had an 1980 Charme. It was really was cold the first night. Bathroom was very small. Covers wre too thin for winter. Basically the looks hotel great from the outside, but very different inside.
Breakfast was very good. Great WLAN performance.
