We had 2 rooms. The one facing the street had a lovely street view but this came with plenty of noise, especially the street cleaner at 4am! Room facing the back had no view but was much quieter. Rooms can get quite hot. Both showers leaked a little under the shower door and water can run into the room, but they were working well otherwise. In the single rooms there are no facilities for food or coffee/tea; no fridge, basic crockery or kettle; so can't really bring anything back to the room to eat/drink. Reception is not 24 hours, staff only on site until 2pm. We arrived while they were there, so no problem checking in, but I think it could be confusing if you arrive when they are gone. You then get the information for the security PINs on the Booking.com app and open the front door and safe yourself to get your room keys. No staff when we checked out, so just left the keys in the room on our way out. Disappointed that no room cleaning was done over the weekend and no access to extra towels or bedding over the weekend either, not such a big deal when you are 2 singles in the single rooms but could be difficult for bigger groups.

The hotel takes up the top 3 floors of the building, which has offices and shops on the lower levels. It seems like the rooms are also recently converted from previous offices. We stayed in 2 single rooms, which even though they were small, fulfilled most of our needs. Comfy bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower, good WiFi and some decent TV channels. Entrance with security pin for the buildings front door and for the main door on the floor your room is on. Location is excellent, within walking distance to the main historical centre and the Hauptbahnhof. Also has a U bahn station right outside the door. Area has a nice vibe with coffee shop, grocery store, pharmacy all nearby. Staff are lovely when they are on site and communicate timeously via the Booking.com app, helpful with advice and even assisted us to print our tickets. They also allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived at 10am as the rooms were ready, even though check in time is much later. Definitely a great budget option in Munich. Despite some flaws, would stay again.

The shower door is not completely shut, so it leads to leakage in the bathroom floor when taking a shower. No personnel on site, so this is more like an apartment rather than a hotel... Bed was not made. No personnel on site.

Last morning I had a lay in n had a shower at 9.30 but after this time of morning all the hot water had been used by other guests so I’ve cold shower. Same in my friends room. Lots of traffic noise if you sleep with window open, but was fine when shut

The location is perfect, it is very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here, the only problem I had was with the TV which was remote and you other people from other rooms can control it too. It was a bit annoying, but I loved every other detail.

The accommodation is basic. There is no AC, so the room can get quite hot.

It's located in a nice neighborhood and very well connected with the rest of the city via metro and busses. The room was clean. The shower was nice. The staff there let me drop off my bags early in the morning and they were already delivered to my room when I returned for check-in. Lots of places to eat and have coffee or a drink right in front of the hotel.

No tea/coffee facilities or food on site, but there were some food options close by. The floor was polished concrete which looked great but I slipped after a shower - no harm done, but could be dangerous for others.

Clean and could check in at any time which was helpful as we had a late flight that was further delayed.

There was absolutely no one at the hotel at 20.00. We did the self check in by ourselves. Maybe not a problem but it takes time getting used to. The toilet always had a smell from the drains.

No Air-conditioning, but the staff provided a fan when I asked them. They were nice. The shower overflows over to the bathroom, since its level with the rest of the floor. And the sink faucet leaked water from the wall, and it filled with water under the sink. The bed was not strong enough to withhold some weight. The bars were constantly going off their hook. They cleaned each day I was there, it was nice.

Centralized location, separate room from the rest. Staff was nice and flexible. It's a private space and quiet. I loved the colour combination of the room.

No reception and I think there was renovation works going on at the hotel, which woke me up as they were loud. The room was pretty cold, especially with a concrete floor and walls, and there didn't seem to be a way to put on the heating.

pillows were horrible. the shower is 1m from the bed and water leaks our the shower plate, floods the whole room. You can hear noises from other rooms - poor noise isolation. Worst is hotel staff communication, they're either late in responding messages (in German even if asked to please communicate in English) or do not respond at all
