Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThey didn't talk about room was basement and there wasn't window fly screen. The bugs could come into my room. If you don't have a car, you need to walk at least 15 minutes to arrive the hotel. Because the bus isn't always available, only at certain hours.

GermanyGuest should probably be made aware about the self-check in requirements during after office hours and what to have at hand for this purpose.
The hotel is good value for money given its close proximity to the GIZ headquarters and the Frankfurt trade fare venue. Breakfast was good as well and staff really looking after guests. For late check-ins there is an automated self-check in counter just outside the main entrance.

GermanyThat a late check out would have cost extra. That's the kind of stuff other hotels just help you with this. Breakfast was also not worth it.
Price during an important event in the city. My room had no bath, but common area bath were clean. There was also a kitchen.

Everything! Owners were super nice - very polite and helpful. Room itself was small but cozy, the bed was very comfy (mattress was rather firm but I like it this way). Toilets and showers were extra clean, no issues there. Breakfast was very good, all ingredients were really fresh. Overall very pleased with the stay!
