Very noisy at night with emergency vehicles. Anybody could enter the hotel at night.

Hotel well positioned for central train station and public transport. Breakfast was adequate and well presented. Plenty of hot water for shower.

I didn't like our bathroom. We had a clogged toilet and slow drainage. It smells like a nursing home because we were given a very large room, meant for those with wheelchairs. The elevator was slow.

I love the breakfast variety. They add greens (steamed veggies, salad, mixed olives, cheese and tomato, deviled eggs to name a few.

Lack of electric pot to boil water in the room, a bit too hot in the room (but I know its in the attic so one cannot do much about it)

Rooms were fine, a bit dated but we were barely in them. It was very warm though even with the window open but there was a large fan in the room already! The window was really high up, there was a lovely view but I had to stand on a chair to see it lol

It was in a good location, we walked to all the major sites. Some lovely food places within 10 mins walk too. Breakfast was nice. Not a massive choice but always fresh and the terrace was beautiful.

Difficult to drink an herbal tea in the evening ! Either no tea bags, nor hot water, even no mug… every evening its surprise…

The room was in fifth floor under the roof. It was really hot and no conditioning system was available. The room was also worn out.

The location of the hotel is good and really convenient, staff was very helpful and friendly. In addition, the terrace is lovely.

Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been good although you could get cofffee and tea from the breakfast room at reception.

Very basic facilities and room. Not as clean as we would like, but not "disgusting" either. The bathroom had clear signs of a mold infestation that was only partly "patched" (so it was still visible in some spots). It was very small as well. I wouldn't complain if the price had not been equivalent of a 4-star hotel in most cities, when this is clearly a 3-star hotel. Perhaps there was some event in Berlin so all other options were very expensive.

Nice location, walking distance to central station and next to the Museum of Natural History. Cute breakfast area with good choices for a small hotel.

Security could be better. Anyone can walk into the building at anytime. Front desk closes and 10:00 p.m.

Berlin hotel are very expensive. This one is ok. Need to paint the grown floor but otherwise is good. The breakfast are excellent, and the room are small but it’s everything you need it. Good value hotel for travelers with budget.

Walls are really thin, and we had really sensitive room neighbors. We were a group of five in one room and at 9.30pm we were just arrived 10 min ago and we were laughing and this annoying woman star hitting the door really aggressively and yelling in German (that we don't speak), so since then we could bearly speak to each other. This happened the 2 night we were there, I made the complain and they didn't do anything.

Was a nice and clean place, good location. Staff explains the minimum.

The main thing was noise. The breakfast was not amazing, but it was normal.

Location was perfect, close to everything. The room was normal, but you can hear everything, every noise, what's going on in the Hotel and I did not like that. I was expecting more from breakfast to be honest, but it was normal. Staff is super friendly and helpful and room was very clean.
